“Came here couple times or so and the service is good. I had asked a worker to mix my iced coffee and was frustrating she didn’t understand and someone had to explain. I said thank you, etc, & not much of an answer. Place is busy, and clean.“

“We've been coming to the reading room since it opened. We are big fans of the coffee bar especially the hot lattes. We had one yesterday that was delicious, creamy, smooth and had divine chocolate notes. Cup sizing is great too (small = 2 shots, medium = 3 shots, large = 4 shots). They do coffee right in a way that most coffee shops do not!! Staff are always welcoming and kind. Wonderful seating on front porch. Book selection is also great and they will order any book for you! They are the best :)“

“As someone who remembers the Inkwell in Long Branch and was there for the opening of Small World Coffee in Princeton, I am so happy I found this shop. I stopped in while waiting for my mom to get off the train, just looking for some wi-fi and place out of the over 100 degree heat and was incredibly happy to find this spot. The staff was very pleasant, patient and enthusiastic. I ended up ordered a cortado with real (yes real) maple syrup. Hallelujah - proportions were perfect! Coffee was delicious and full-bodied without bitterness- worthy of pretentious coffee snobs! The place itself is warm with places to work and places to relax. I wish it were closer to home but I will be back! I might drive up here for the cortado alone. Please support this local spot not just because its local - but because it is excellent! And I want it here when I return.

During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. I go in every morning, and it’s incredible how quickly the line moves and how few words need to be exchanged in most cases, as the staff know every regular’s name and order by heart. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are satisfied with your order. Highly recommend.“

Brought it home threw it through my French press and gave it time to steep. Pressed it and sat it for a few minutes and out of this world. Deep rich flavor, amazing aroma with a nutty bold taste! “The newly renovated DD is now open. The new look is sleek and modern. I did go late in the afternoon/early evening. But to my surprise, they had my Bavarian Cream donut (hard to find) so I was happy. I ordered Peppermint Mocha coffee, which was good, but had quite a bit of coffee grinds at the end in the bottom of my cup. This is still one of my favorite quick stops in the morning. Love the Avocado toast w/bacon.“

“Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was delightful busy, but we were able to get a table without a wait. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was just a tad slow, but it was rather busy, and the staff did a great job working together and keeping everything moving. The Cornbread French Toast was wonderful, will definitely order that again the next time I'm in town.

The iced mocha latte was served in very cute glassware, and was refreshing on a humid summer morning.
