“The SMB absolutely blew me away. I thought it was a perfect balance of salty, sweet, light kick of spice. The beef was season so perfectly and was soft and tender. The egg was super fluffy and I really enjoyed the kimchi to add another flavor profile. The bagel itself was also delicious - light crunch on the outside but soft and chewy inside. Perfect texture and honestly it was such great value for a huge bagel. The owner gave out free rice balls because the wait was getting long and those were delicious too.“

But I recently bought 2 bacon egg n cheese for $10 each and could not eat it it was fresh and tasted not like it usually does and hardly had bacon. Bought a bagel it was hard for $6 I was really surprised it was for me and my kids but we could not eat anything. And the eggs were extremely fresh...smelling can i get a refund ?“

“I don’t get all the hype. I’ve had better tasting bagels before I thought this bagel shop would blow my mind lol. They have good bagels, I just don’t get why people line up for them when there are so many better bagel places around. “B&B Bagels was such an awesome surprise during our stay in NYC. We walked over from the Ronald McDonald House one morning feeling a little overwhelmed by the city at first, but this place instantly made us feel at home. Everyone was genuinely kind, caring, courteous, and so generous — like we’d been stopping in every morning for years.

And the food… wow. I know “it’s just a bagel,” but seriously, these were incredible. The bagels were toasted perfectly with just the right amount of chew, the cream cheese selection was amazing, and the lox were absolutely delightful. Even the black coffee was perfect.

Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved the rainbow bagel and it completely made her morning.

Thank you guys for the warm welcome, the great food, and for turning a simple breakfast into such a comforting and memorable part of our trip. We’ll definitely be back.“

When they’ve been closed for holidays i have walked over and shown up a few times to a closed storefront. This makes it hard to rely on! Which I feel is key for a bagel place“

“We used Gotta Get a Bagel to cater a bris, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to deal with and completely reliable, which took a ton of stress off our shoulders.
The food was not only plentiful but also delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. They set up everything gorgeously, and the wait staff was attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire event. Our guests kept complimenting the spread. “Broadway Bagel is good for a lot of things but it's better to tell you what its not good for because it's smaller. their pastrami, very chewy & fatty. I got a wrap & was horrible because I was fighting with the pastrami to bite off a piece & then getting fat in your mouth is disgusting. At times when I get a breakfast sandwich with bacon it's like that's when they choose to hide fatty bacon instead of giving you well cooked bacon. How does an establishment do that to their customers? The tuna wrap w/ French fries, I usually order but now they're adding lettuce when before it was onions & avocado now they're putting celery & adding lettuce. why did they mess with such a great sandwich? Certain staff I work with like their blueberry pancakes, homefries, BLT. But like I said too many times I bought a BLT & it was filled with a lot of fatty bacon. I look at my food before I eat it. They used to have different flavors of OJ, Mango/Pineapple, Strawberry/Banana/Orange, but now all they have is regular OJ. They're changing how they made stuff and they changed the working crew so all I can say is I mostly get breakfast. It's hit & Miss for a lot of things because I like my food the way anyone having a business should make the food for their customers; with love & as best as possible.“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

“The best bagel spot in Long Island by far. Everyone there is so nice, the place is always super clean, and it smells AMAZING the second you walk in. You can tell all of their food is fresh because everything tastes incredible every single time. The staff are so friendly and genuinely great people. The minute I walk in, they already know exactly what I ordered.

“very popular places, the name brand of it tell it all. This is first time I tried it after hearing about it for long time before. I love the cleanliness, quick service, clean restroom. Its very crowd but you don't have to wait for too long because serving is quick. Little pricey but I think its fine for a good bagels
The burger is really good, i enjoyed both of them. their bagel bread is in store bake (as i heard) so its very soft, fresh bagels with slightly crispy skin.
Only thing I dont like about the space is there are too little table to sit. I would not mind going there on the summer but it's hell in the winter because you have to wait for quite a time before you can find a sit to enjoy your bagel.“

“Honestly one of the best bagel spots in the area! The bagels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. I got the garlic bagel with chicken salad and it was so good.
Staff is super friendly and the place has a really homey vibe. Tons of cream cheese options to choose from. Plus the prices are way better than other bagel places around here - you're not gonna spend $20 on breakfast lol.
Clean space with good seating both inside and out. Been coming here regularly and it never disappoints. Definitely recommend if you're in the Upper East Side!“

“A perfect lil “hole-in-the-wall” type of bagel shop!

Lots of ppl will mention other shops as “NYCs Best Bagel” but as someone who literally only comes to the city to walk and eat bagels, I can promise you this is an easy top 5.

The bagel itself is quite perfect, but then they LOAD IT UP with all the fixings to make a boarder-line Katz Deli sized sandwich. I’m always getting the classic Lox on everything and I got BANGGGGG for my buck. Flavor was 5/5. Crunch was 5/5. Ingredients were 5/5. You get the point.

I love the branding too. Lots of cool merch, nice employees, simple streamlined menu with enough options to make everyone happy. Truly you cannot go wrong stopping by their shops. 10 out 10 would recommend.

“I didn't know, is there a legit 'bagel club?' Found this spot via google maps and thought to give it a try while waiting for my nearby coffee shop to open. Today, before 8am the place was quiet. Only one other customer, who was engaged in a conversation with the guy behind the counter. The shop is spacious and the fact that it wasnt busy and the food items for sale were very spread out, made the place seem very big, too big for the amount of business seen and lack of table seating. It was clean though. Customer service was ok. Straight forward.
I went with the sunflower seed (flat) bagel. Not a usual bagel flavor of other bagel shops. It is actually very good. A lot of seeds. If you like sunflower seeds, go for it. I guess it is flat to accomodate all the seeds.
I also grabbed two pumperknickel and one everything toasted with cream cheese.
The everything wasnt toasted enough for my liking. There was a decent amount of creme cheese.
Overall the vibe was off, very quiet for a weekday morning. Maybe they are more of a mid-day lunch spot. They had everything a bagel shop typically has e.g. cream cheese flavors. But not heaping amounts of each compared to City locations which anticipate much more business. While it is a decent place, i wont pick this club over others if I had to choose.“

“One of my biggest things I do is when I go out of town is I always look for something local. And right next-door where I was going to be was my favorite bagel. I figured I’ll go get a bagel and a drink. Well I walked in there, and there was all different types of pizza there there was a salad bar on the other side and then there was a bakery got a piece of pizza. I don’t know what kind it was but let me tell you something from where I am in New York this was nothing like it. The pizza was out of this world. I give it five stars or even 10 stars if I could really good food definitely will go back again.“

“I was in a super rush to get to the airport this morning and I had a family of eight to feed before I get there I called Moshe at the Giant bagel store and gave him the order over the phone and 10 Minutes later the food was waiting for me all packed in bags and boxes Moshe and his wonderful staff even his wife came to the rescue I can’t thank them enough.
