“This is one stop we always make when we're in the area! The drinks are wonderful, and the service is fabulous! Our dogs love the special attention...they highly recommend "the Boat" as well!“

“well i was up here on vacation/work for the week, out of every place i went this is by far the best place in the whole town, by far the cheapest place to drink and the best service i had in the whole town, props to lisa and nichole they are literally grade a ? ? i will definitely come back here.“

“Great little rooftop bar on the main drag with good view of the Adirondacks. I believe it's the only rooftop venue in the area. They made some good Old Fashioneds and it wasn't too busy, even for the middle of July. Can't find any first world problem complaints really - just a chill place to have a drink, take in the view and enjoy yourself!“

“Location is prime…decor is cosy and clean. Food is delicious…we eat steaks, pastas, seafood, appetizer’s, desserts, we had drinks, all the food and drinks were delicious. We were e party of seven and unanimously agreed, food and service was amazing. The staff are amazing, super polite always smiling and always right next to you if you if you need them. This is our place to go to, every time we come to Lake Placid. Thank you to the wonderful staff and owners. You are the best!!!“

“We went to Dancing Bears with a group of 6 for a bachelor party and had a great time! The restaurant was super clean and really easy to get to right from downtown Lake Placid. The food was excellent, and the staff were all super friendly. Our waitress even surprised one of our group with a little birthday cake, which was a really nice touch. Prices were pretty average for this type of place, and overall the experience was great. Definitely would recommend it and would go again!“

I'm saying she could have conducted herself better and made the experience even mildly pleasant. But alas, customer service was not on her to do list at that moment. I'll go back for the pizza though ......“

“We had breakfast and it was amazing! The atmosphere was not quite as upscale as we had thought. It was very quaint and relaxed. Our breakfast was some of the best we've ever had. Would definitely recommend this as a stop if you're in the area.“
