The service was great. There was only one man behind the counter and he was very kind and helpful to everyone that came in. Also he brought our food to us. What a nice surprise to encounter someone that actually enjoys and takes pride in their work. I do not know his name but we were there on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Give that man a raise! He deserves it.
Ok. Good things first: the food was delicious and the two people working there were very nice. Then the other shoe:1. (I didn't catch this first bit til after we ate) The men's bathroom was an abomination. 2. There was a massive lake of water leaking out in a standing pool from the ice cream cake display freezer that's far right door seemed unable to close. I'm not sure how that affects the holding temperatures for the cakes.3. It took a very, very, very long time for our food...read full review

This is a good DQ! The guy working the register this morning is polite and welcoming and efficient, the food is hot and tasty or cold and tasty, depending, I'd return whenever I get a hankering for DQ.
