“Drove from New Hampshire today with family on a continuing mission to explore strange new burgers. Rock Burger has to be at least tied for my favorite burger to date. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, absolutely delicious. And how do they stay in business giving these masterpieces away for next to nothing?“

Highly recommend the chicken wing dip, garlic cheese bites, cheesecake rolls & nachodillas!!! Everything we had was hot, fresh & tasted bang-a-rang!!! “A very nice place as we've dined here several times before.
There's inside & outside seating. Outside has roll down sides with patio heaters for cooler weather.
Unfortunately this visit wasn't up to their usual standards. I had the Friday fish fry. It was decent size but the breading was over cooked & hard.
Plus the fish was very thin & all I could taste was overcooked breading.
My wife's dinner was very good and the couple we dined with had mixed results.
Her salad was excellent but her husband's burger was overcooked.
So, ill definitely return because ive had many very good meals here before but won't order the fish fry again.“

“I have visited this place twice. Once last year during the 4th of July weekend (2025) and now today (July 4th weekend 2026), while visiting family. The place is great! A large variety of flavors and items. I would DEFINITELY recommend going there if you get a chance. Both times the staff were great.“

“Usually really good, our order is always right, but sometimes it’s a group of young kids working that don’t really seem to care about whether you get your food/ice cream at a decent time or not. They tend to care more about being on their phones and listening to music/joking with each other than customer service but that seems to be pretty typical these days. Otherwise it’s been good“

“The staff was nice. The prices were good. The bathrooms are not clean. The fry old was bad. The fried shrimp and French fries are apparently all cooked together in oil that tasts like Ivory bar soap.

This is store is not a good representation of the chain. The Cicero location was much cleaner and better tasting fried items.“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“Really nice place to go out and get some food after a park or a anything really and it's very family-friendly except for the bar but it's a restaurant besides the waiters being a little slow during dinner time that's something you have to accept because it's around dinner time that's the dinner rush and I do recommend their pretzels and hamburger it's really good the bathrooms are surprisingly clean and they're very wheelchair accessible there on a staff is just really friendly and kind“

“Hands down amazing food. we stopped in after a long day of shopping and I am so glad we did. the service was great. the food was honest to God phenomenal. so good that we all shared bites to appreciate how yummy our food was. My dog was accepted at outdoor seating and I was even allowed to take her out in the field for some fetch after we ordered. Don't drive by... STOP in and grab a bite... you won't be disappointed!! “went here after my job interview at Lowe's (was suppose to be the one on Niagara Falls Blvd.) and I decided to get lunch here! My food was very tasty! I got a 2 cheeseburger meal, small fry, 2 zesty sauce, and a small sprite! Store looked clean! But unfortunately the floor was a little bit sticky. The workers were nice and I even decided to keep my receipt to get a free whopper and pay for any sides and drinks! I HOPE THEY NEVER GO UNDER REMODEL FOR THIS LOCATION!!! IT IS A TIME CAPSULE, AND I LOVE IT!!“

“When i came to this establishment I was served by a nice girl. I believe she said her name was Tyjane. She talked me through everything on the menu since i hadn’t been to burger king in such a long time. I was very appreciative and grateful of her. Not everyone in fast food is as patient. I was walking with a cane and she brought me my food which was freshly made as well. This is a great place for lunch and definitely recommend!“

Mistakes happen but she was kind, compassion, able to go above and beyond when she didn’t have to ensure I had a good experience. Great interaction with her!“

“Spent basically my whole summer here. Love it!! Only downside is I don’t think people respect tee times and even if you’re right at your tee time there is someone sitting right behind you waiting. Maybe they need to spread out tee times a little better. As nobody likes to feel rushed or watched when trying to golf. But love the quality of the courses and usually can get in for a round any time they are rarely filled up!“

“Honestly wasn't impressed at all with our food. It took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The food was messy and felt like I was eating Mayo Soup instead of a CheckerBurger. Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. The cashier seemed as though he didn't wanna be bothered.“

“In general love the morning staff as the are super on point, but I would think twice about going again in the evening. Ordered a grilled cheese Panini and I got two pieces of unmelted cheese and two EXTREMELY "toasted" pieces of bread. Didn't see it until I pulled in the driveway and by then it was too hard to turn around and go back. Called to make a complaint, but no compensation offered.“
