I like to find local coffee roasters when I visit a new area. I just happened to be driving past the roastery on my way into Ithaca and stopped in. The smell of roasting coffee assured me that I was in the right place.

Generous and friendly staff bagged up the beans when I arrived. A free bag of Ethiopian for a new customer (What?!?! Who does that?) and an additional bag of Sumatran.

Both are delicious and reflect the their origin. I have a particular fondness for the Ethiopian, which was giving me reminders of raspberry chocolate. So so good.

“Awesome music venue and sober bar. Lots of interesting teas and seltzers. They used to sell an interesting Kava drink, but the bureaucrats in the state shut it down for some reason. Maybe they can bring it back some day. Anyway, aside from lots of unique beverages, this is an amazing place to see live music. Check out the shows playing there because it's very eclectic, so you can probably find something cool most nights!“

We’ve stopped in for lunch many times, and the sandwiches are fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Whether it’s a classic turkey club or something a little more creative, everything we’ve tried has hit the spot. The pastries are also incredible—especially the cinnamon roll, which is huge and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth grabbing one, even if you’re stuffed from lunch!

“Cool vibe with live music. Food was great. Order at counter and they bring out your food. Prices were reasonable except I feel kids meals were overpriced. Beer was cold and good. My only suggestion would be some other drink options. Soda, lemonade, something. There was only a small wine fridge with old fashioned black cherry soda, orange, ginger beer, some sletzer water. Some traditional coke/pepsi etc would be nice.“
