“I grew up in New Rochelle, NY and thus got to go to NYC quite often. For me, NYC pizza can't be topped. This place and Franco's in downtown Ithaca are about as close to NYC Pizza as it gets without actually Being NYC Pizza!

A couple of bonuses here are:
-the house salad always has beautiful, fresh and crispy lettuce (I've experienced much of the opposite from multiple pizzarias out here) as well as the best variety of fresh veggies to go along with it
-the portions of the Tiramisu are for one, delicious but also Generous. Especially for $5!

Occasionally, they may be understaffed and there may be a wait. Stay patient and kind - it's worth the wait!“

“I ordered a pizza a short while ago and it is OUTSTANDING! All the ingredients are very fresh, the sauce and crust are just how I like them and it looks amazing. “My boyfriend bought a piece of pizza at Press Bay Alley today from Adelina’s truck. I had already eaten lunch but couldn’t resist taking bite after bite of his pizza. The contrast of crunch and warm softness was perfect. “I have been buying gas and and occasional pizza slice for years and have always been happy. Last night I ordered a whole cheese pizza planning to put my own anchovies on it. I was supper happy with the quality of the pizza and more than amazed at the price of $8 for a large pie. This is half the price of most other local pizza shops and equal to the quality. This is our "go to" place for take away pizza from now on.“

“You know what? I’ve been by this place since I moved to NY 7 years ago. It looks like a little shack, kind of unappealing, sorry just first look. But I decided to place an order and when I got there, the Steelers fan was so polite(who would have thought) and it was so fresh and hot. It got it back to my work and it was amazing. I couldn’t believe that little shack had such good pizza and wings!!! Thanks guys!

Parking: Go into the drive thru entrance and there is parking or just roll right up to the window!“

“It's a good store in many ways, but I have some complaints. One is that they keep rearranging things and they do not use a logical placement (like all kinds of cookies together, not spread about). Secondly, I want to comment on milk containers, and don't know how to make a fresh post. Here's the comment: The caps on all "Pure Pak" containers are Very Hard To Open. The problem is a catch built into the cap, probably some middle manager's idea to increase security. Well it's a disaster for older people or anyone with weak hands. We have to use pliers or a nutcracker. Ridiculous. Open your milk with pliers? Absurd! It's milk, or Almond milk. Even kids should be able to open the container.“

“This place is not to be missed. Best food found at any brewery! Great variety of food without being too complicated. Everything is sourced locally. Something for vegetarians and meat eaters. The roast beef sandwich is off the hook. Tender as butter. Pizza is perfectly thin and chewy with a generous amount of toppings. Not soggy just… perfect. The drink menu is wonderful. Something for everyone and the best in its class. From the multifaceted root beer, to the effervescent ginger beer to a broad selection of various styles of beer, including a sour and specialty barrel aged limited editions, this place has it all. Not into beer? that’s ok because they hv creative cocktails and a crisp dry easily drank cider as well. The ambiance is chill and creative. There’s bar space or tables to suit ur mood. When the weather is warmer they hv a patio that is large, inviting and nicely styled. Pups are welcome outside too! Looking forward to trivia night on Wed and working my way thru the menu. Haven’t been this impressed with a menu and its implications in a long time. The folks who work at IBC are so kind, patient, well informed and enthusiastic.
