VERY juicy, red in the middle ( my favorite In my opinion), and also the after taste like when your done chewing is very flavorful depending on the red on the piece of steak. but... all the juice is stored in the red or the middle of the steak and when you pick it up and it gets inside your mouth all and I mean all the juice comes out in your mouth leaving with the steak... it has no more flavor from when the juice came out. “Arriving at 6:00 on a Saturday evening without reservations, my companion and I were delighted to be seated at a small booth in the bar area. Great seating, as it was comfortable and felt private. Many years ago, my friend Jon and I went for lunch and not only was the food so delicious and comforting, we were given a free drink and lovely vibes. Today, I went back and he remembered me and gave me a hug and I bought a couple of things with elemental gold in it as well as sea moss and it just felt so right to go in and revisit the place. There are some other occasions like events that I went to there and it’s always fun and the food ?? “Copper Kettle is an outstanding restaurant. The owner, Joe, is truly a master of his craft. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and it absolutely shows. Somehow he has mastered several schools of cooking- French, Central European, Italian, and others. He prepares duck confit as good as any I have had in Paris, schnitzel just like I had at the best restaurants in Vienna, and the best Latkes I have ever had. His number two guy, William, does an outstanding job of walking you through the menu, finding out what your tastes are, and matching you with the best dish to suit your taste. Joe also finds the freshest fish and makes monkfish and sole that is always the highlight of my day. Amoung my favorites are the cuban sandwich (excellent marinated pernil), the chicken cordon bleu (the sauce is to die for), the penne ala vodka and the lobster oreganata.
