“THE Royalton Mansion-- If I could rate them 10 stars I would! The best kept secret on Long Island. The most beautiful venue with such a care for detail with the best bang for your buck with pricing. From the day we had our first meeting with the Royalton they have been fantastic and after my Husband and I walked in the first time we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Mike T and his entire staff were perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Mike T told me we didn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator with them and he was right. He took his role above and beyond! Every question and pre-wedding concern I had was answered quickly and ever worry I had they calmed my fear. The food was amazing and every aspect of the menu completely customizable. We had so many dietary restrictions and Mike was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. I can not recommend The Royalton enough.“

“We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible our guests are still raving about it and the presentation was beautiful.
What really stood out was the level of care and professionalism they brought to our day. They were attentive, organized, and handled everything seamlessly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our wedding special, and they truly delivered.

Danielle was amazing to work with planning the menu to suit our budget. Making adjustments as needed. Joe and Danielle came out the week before to view the site and give advice on how to set things up. The day of the event they were amazing. Came in took charge and handled everything so I could enjoy the day. The food and staff were amazing. I got complements on everything!!!! The event was everything we imagined and more!“

“We had my daughter’s high school graduation party here and it was such a success!! Raj made the party planning process so smooth and easy and we weren’t worried about anything going wrong. He went above and beyond in making everything easier for us in every way. The venue was decorated absolutely beautifully. From the stage setup to the backdrop to the table centerpieces, everything was wonderful. All the guests could not stop commenting upon how gorgeous everything was. The food was also very good! Everyone had such a good time and talked so highly of the event. I can’t recommend Metropolitan Caterers enough; they made our celebration of this event so special!!“

“After reading a few low reviews, I felt the need to post that I have been here many times, and never had any issues with either the service or the food quality. This place is like a mini Zabar's with an Italian focus, not a restaurant. While the grocery selection is limited, I have enjoyed many items from the prepared food section, from turkey, to lasagna, to cooked vegetables. Everything tasted fresh and had a nice flavor. There are also pre-made salads, but I prefer the prepared food choices. I plan to continue to shop here.“

“Chef’s 724 was amazing! I was there for a bridal shower yesterday and I had a great experience! The food was delicious (The Penne alla Vodka was the best)! The restaurant was clean and staff was kind, courteous, and professional. After the shower, I noticed I had a flat tire and Dave didn’t hesitate to help, he changed it for me! Dave and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and taken care of. I highly recommend Chef’s 724 for your next special occasion!!“

“We held a surprise baby shower for my sister, back in August 2025 and it was exactly what we were looking for. The Surfroom is the perfect place to host a small group of people. It’s an intimate party space with a bar, buffet station sofa lounge area, and large windows. We met with Kelly the front desk manager to book a few rooms. Kelly’s customer service was phenomenal. She gave us a tour of a few rooms and a discount for booking the party space. Sandy went out of her way to answer our questions and accommodate us on our journey leading up to our event. The staff were friendly and helpful.“

“The Coral House is a grandiose experience. It emits a unique sense of style and elegance suitable for a wedding. But, it does have a few cracks.
The lighting and overall atmosphere is incredible! When you think of the highlights of a wedding venue, the Coral House should be a strong consideration.
There was a wide selection of food and drink, and the rooftop area for cocktail hour leans in to the New York wedding experience. For some reason, people cannot deny drinking and eating while looking over the gorgeous lake the Coral House rests next to.
I’ll also state, the overall service was great!
Now for the cracks. While the “vibes” are great, there is still a lot of unsightly corners. For example, the rooftop bar broke the level of elegance by letting us see into the dingy corners of that room. A few curtains, some dimmer lights, and maybe some other set dressings would have made the experience just that much tighter. A venue is not just about the view, it is also about the presentation.
Besides those little bits, I think The Coral House deserves to be on the short list of wedding venues.“

He does an amazing job, and made the process simple, stress-free, and all at a very competitive price.The food was amazing and there was nothing but compliments from friends and family about how well the venue was set up and how great the service was.Brian has the resources and skill to host a wide variety of events, large or small, and has a very capable staff.His food was delicious, and he was readily able to accommodate various dietary restrictions for our guests.I especially appreciated how his contract for the wedding package was simple, straightforward, extremely accommodating to our needs, and there were no surprises.Brian is very down to earth and makes himself readily available over phone, email, and in person.We were absolutely impressed with how EASY he made everything for us.In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brian went above and beyond for us repeatedly and truly made us feel like VIPs. Every promise made was delivered and then some.Could not have asked for a better experience.
