“Visited with a good friend for the first time. The cinnamon French toast latte? Delicious! I can’t recall the name of my breakfast however the house smoked sausage? Highly recommend. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the gluten free toast, from another local favorite, fabulous! The house made jam was so delicious I had to stop myself from licking the container it came in! We both tried the hash browns…OMG! I am excited to try more menu items in the near future!“

“I've enjoyed taking our children here throughout the years, especially when taking care of other errands in the Bewley Building. It always brings a smile to our day. Diane is so efficient and friendly. Just today, we discovered that she is our barber's mother-in-law! Sanitary Barbershop is another Lockport favorite, family- owned business, likewise, friendly and efficient. Cousin's Cafe's decor takes you back through the years. It's a walk down memory lane providing our children a taste of what life was like when my husband and I were growing up. “My 1st time...not my last. Tried the Pick 2 with Muscato Salad and Drewski Specialty Sandwich. The salad tasted very fresh and the sandwich came on warm toasted ciabatta bread heaped with ingredients.“

“So I did a rapid pickup via the app. When I got to the store to look on the shelf my food was already gone. When I asked at counter, manager check and told me someone must of took it and was super apologetic. I doubt it was someone accidentally taking the wrong one, my name would have been on the bag and there are not many with my last name. They re-made it all super quick, and upgraded my drink. They were super kind about and offered my a cookie too. The manager apologized again when she handed me my food, I told her it’s all good. It was was out of their control, but they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.“

“Recently I was debating not shopping here anymore until you guys started having this tall woman cooking your food. Up until she started making anything that I have ordered from you store it has been awful, subs made wrong, pizza was gross and tasted old. If you guys hire and have her train further employees this will bring in more customers especially from my entire labor staff for lunches and other products.“
