“@spotdessertbar has been always my fave dessert place when they opened first time many years ago. You can order single dessert or if you want to order varieties of it, they have Omakase deal for $79.95 (5 tapas dessert, 3 pastries and 1 pot of tea).

My top fave is Matcha Lava cake. The moment I cut into it, that warm, gooey pure chocolate started flowing. The outside is perfectly baked, soft with a slight crisp. Not overly sweet, just rich and so satisfying. Paired with a scoop of ny fave Matcha ice cream. Absolute perfection.

Also must order Harvest which is in the shape of plant pot (very creative !). It's layered soft cheesecake, milk tea with raspberry sorbet on the side.

We also ordered Hey Jasmine (jasmine panna cotta, pandan sago, raspberry sauce, jasmine ice cream) and Sweet Beanie (red bean mochi Mousse with black sesame ice cream). They are all so delicious and unique.

Peachy Summer is very refreshing with their shaved ice of white peach granita, passion fruit cremeux and coconut sauce.“

“Ordered recently for my birthday two cookies online which were Chocolate Mallow Cupcake Cookie and the Pink Velvet Cake Cookie which were amazing and delicious. The order was ready when I arrived. The place does get a bit packed but the staff do a great job of crowd control. Oscar was amazing and handed my order and ask if I needed a bag which is great customer service. Highly recommend this place.“

I especially enjoyed the banana crepe, velvet crepe, chicken crepe, garlic beef crepe, and the chocolavo drink. All the options were quite unique and worth the price. The Chocolate Chip Walnut was the ultimate balance of everything you look for in a comfort treat while the Funfetti flavor caught me by surprise and is now considered the best sugar cookie I ever had in my life. There is two other flavors in the box I have yet to try and I have a feeling they won't disappoint, but after having those two said flavors, it is without a doubt that I will definitely be coming back for more sometime soon in the near future. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, we finished it on one seating because everything was delicious. We ordered all the flavors, it was original cheese, original cheese with blueberry, chocolate, matcha, black sesame and ube. My favorite was UBE and ORIGINAL CHEESE WITH BLUEBERRY. The crust is perfect, its crunchy and not thick. The filling is silky and smooth, not heavy unlike other cheese tarts. Price rating: 6/10, it was not that bad for the price. All flavors are good! Will definitely come back here if I visit again Chinatown. Get the ube and original cheese with blueberry, they are the best flavors!“

“Had the most AMAZING Poboy & conversation with the owner/cook of sweet tooth. The business has been on Garvey for 17 years and I think it’s because he stayed true to himself, pork free soulfood, chopped chicken barbecue sandwiches, Poboy and homemade iced teas and let’s not forget about the desserts which I didn’t get to get any because I’m on a sweet break but next time I pop in I’m definitely getting a sweet potato cheesecake. Now for my sandwich, I had four juicy shrimp on 1/2 and on the other two pieces of flounder garnish with a secret sauce and a slaw mix toasted to perfection. It was so delicious. Definitely popping back in to try more things on the item and if you’re like me, looking for a black owned businesses that hit the nail on the head definitely pop into sweet tooth.“
