“Food and atmosphere were far better than other McDonald’s in NYC - but Jingxuan is perhaps the star of the show!! I only caught a glimpse of his name tag but his service and manners were better than some waiters I’ve had from Michelin restaurants. Give the man a damn raise! Or just make him the manager if he isn’t already! I’m actually amazed 👏👏👏“
“The only thing that was inappropriate was the fact that I didn't know that there's a code in the receipt to use the bathroom and if you ask for the code the employee was very rude telling me to look at the receipt. Not everyone is a McDonald's regular customer some of us truly don't know that information. Being polite is a simple task. Be skeptical some people really don't know that.“
“Only use this location for drive-thru. They have made improvements but still get orders wrong on occasion.
Update: More often than not, whenever I visit the drive-thru and pay it at the first window I'm told at the second that I need to go wait in one of those parking spaces because they can't get the food ready in time. And what really annoyed me is when I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru from the app 10 minutes before I got there, and when I got to the second window they still made me wait at one of those parking spots.“
