Best omakase in the states!!! You can get the same quality omakase as the $$$$ ones in manhattan for a tiny fraction of the price. From SF, LA to NYC, haven’t found any omakase that beats the quality per price here!The pictures are from the premium 14-piece omakase set. :)
This hidden spot in Astoria deserves so much more recognition for its omakase. Not only is Chef Alex so thoughtful in his preparation, but the fish is so fresh and delicious. Chef Alex is so passionate about each piece he serves, and has created such a wonderfully unique menu. The price point is so fair for the quality and service. I could not recommend this place more, I will definitely be back.

I took my girlfriend here on a whim, she just wanted sushi. Ended up being the best sushi she’s had in Queens. The $60 omakase was so good we actually went back maybe a week later, which is really saying something cause we always try to go somewhere different.If you’re looking for a good meal at a place that doesn’t get crazy busy in the Astoria area - definitely worth it. Also the chicken katsu is awesome, it’s like two huge chicken pieces cut up.
