The BBQ Chicken Thin Crust had a nice flavor and the crust was crispy and thin, but where was the chicken? I requested extra chicken and onions, and there was nary a nugget to be found! And what was the cut job on this? I've seen square cuts before, but not mini-triangles.

The Mushroom and Green Pepper NY Style was better, a nice flavor as well and cheesy, but again the toppings were so underwhelming! Oh they were better compared to the chicken on the BBQ, but a lot of bites I would find no veggies at all. Very sad.“

Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.“

“The pizza is some of the best in the capital district if you like a bit thicker crust. The wings were pretty dry and I was not a big fan of the peanut butter and jelly wings flavor. I wish there was a better seating area because it's not close to residential areas and the pizza won't survive a 10+ min drive home without getting mushy.

The first time they messed up my pizza order, we called and they did fix it which is great. Second time, they forgot a main ingredient on a sandwich. Didn't call, just let it go. Third time, ordered the same sandwich as before and again, main ingredient left off. I don't want to have to open my order and check it before we leave but I might have to start. “I have been coming here for 25 years. My favorite is Antipasto and a Pepperoni Pizza, calzones. Always fresh, hot. Sometimes there is extra grease so make sure to have extra napkins. Owners are very nice and welcoming. There are a couple of booths to sit at. My order is always ready in 20 minutes. Always a good experience for me. Recommend.

Parking: The pizza shop is in a type of strip mall with a huge free parking lot. So plenty of spots.“

Considering the cost of food is rising, Pizzatime remains reasonably priced unlike their two nearby competitors. DO NOT order from Primo, or D'andreas if you are in Wilton and looking for takeout Italian food. Pizzatime ensures your order is correct, timely (typically ahead of time every time we order delivery!) and they go above and beyond to separate dressings/hot chicken from salads to ensure it doesn't get soggy and they provide adequate sauce on the side for things like their fried ravioli which the other two places do not. Every staff I have interacted with are professional, and pleasant and their delivery drivers are always kind and patient. Definitely recommend Pizzatime through and through!“
