1. Latte was served hot and it was cold
2. Latte was matcha instead of regular
3. They asked twice for the order and still got it wrong

The DJ played a great selection of music, the food I ordered was delicious, and every guest was positive and enjoying themselves. The atmosphere was such a positive vibe and the staff were super friendly from the owner to security to the guests.
