“This is a solid Five Guys. I give it 4 stars which is the most I would give a Five Guys. Every employee I have ever interacted with has been really nice, and efficient at their job. For a little while it did seem like the size of the burgers shrunk, and the amount of fries decreased. But last I visited, the food was back to normal and what you wpuld expect from a good Five Guys location.“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“The young man whose name I believe is Rydell (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is one of the nicest and most helpful cashiers I’ve meet. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

I’ve noticed that interactions with delivery drivers aren’t always handled with the same level of professionalism and courtesy you would expect toward other guests. Verifying orders is completely understandable, but communication and tone matter as well. A more respectful and professional approach toward everyone who comes through the door would make for a much better overall experience.“
