The pretzels were just perfect and the chicken tenders were as good as the bartender said they would be. The Philly cheese steak was wonderful and was just enough to fill me up. I work near the location in East Syracuse and go there frequently to either socialize with others at the bar for lunch, or sit at a table with friends or business associates. “I have had the pleasure of visiting Lincklaen House twice, first for a family tour and wedding tasting with Liz, who did a fabulous job. The incredible food left a lasting impression. On our second visit as a couple, Liz made our stay special, answering all our questions, and the beef Marsala was the highlight of an unforgettable meal; it was actually my fiance's "favorite dish she’s ever had at a restaurant." We spent the evening by the fireplace, jotting down our questions about our wedding and vision, and Liz was there to answer everything. The historic inn, though older, exudes charm. Lincklaen House captured our hearts as the first and last venue we toured – perfect for our wedding. Highly recommend their restaurant items, especially the French onion soup. Can't wait to tie the knot here!“

“I've always loved Red Robin. However, the Teriyaki chicken sandwich has gotten so much smaller. The chicken was about half the size it used to be. My husband had the fish and chips, and they were delicious. The fries are always so good.“

“We went to an event at Barbagallos and we're totally impressed with the food, the service, and a great, private room that was just the right size. The gluten free offerings were so tasty! Antipasto, mixed veggies, potatoes, and sausage with peppers and onions. My favorite was the mixed veggie: cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots - perfectly cooked and not over seasoned. I couldn't eat the fried chicken but it did look crispy and tempting. Drinks included bottomless mimosas and a cola. The mimosas had real orange juice in them. I don't think they were stirred because the top layer was not carbonated but the bottom was. Either way it was delicious. We were able to decorate the room as we wished which was a big plus. Everyone had a wonderful time!“

“Such a fun place to find! We make the run to the airport on this road and finally have found a good place to grab food. Lots of beers on draft, garlic pizza was delicious! We got the garlic wings and were a bit disappointed in the taste although we could tell the wings themselves were top quality and made to perfection. We agreed we'd try the hot sauce ones next time! Seemed like a really great locally owned place and the service was absolutely top notch! We will be back!!“

“It was wee hours during midweek. Was coming back from Colgate U heading towards Syracuse. If you look up "late night" restaurants in town, results are slim. The street parking wasn't very well lit so it was hard to tell where parking was in the evening, but coming in at midnight, it was cozy, clean. We met Kevin, the owner/tender for the night. Perfect spot for a night cap“

“Update: they reached out via response to this review as well as via phone call and have issued a refund. Changed from 1 to 4 stars.We eaten there before and had a good experience. However, this time we ordered take out. The fried chicken special that we ordered was entirely raw. When we called, they gave us push back, stating that there was a blood vein in the chicken. It was not, I can assure you. It was raw. We (kindly) asked for a refund subsequently hung up on. We attempted to call back a few times with the hopes that it was an accident, however they are now not answering our calls.So disappointed.“

“Been by the place so many times, finally made it a point to stop in for dinner. We were so glad we did. Fish sandwich was delicious, perfectly cooked. My wife had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, which she said was awesome. Got to chat with the owner and his son, talking about our visit and the shape of the world these days. Wonderful folks! “I don’t normally come here, but when I do, the kid at the drive thru at night has never been friendly. Today, we went inside to place our order and Dan (maybe a manager) was so kind, I just want to acknowledge him. I overheard him tell a new employee that her hard work has not gone unnoticed today and he thanked her. Wow is that rare! Kudos to Dan for being a great man!“
