I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is mostly young people who have the most pleasant attitude, which is a nice change of pace from most fast food in the area. 🫡“

The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

“I would have to respectfully disagree with Chris Parker. I went to Braised Pies for the first time on Tuesday specifically to have the Cornish Pastie and I thought it was absolutely delicious. My mother was from England so I've had many pasties in my trips over there and this brought back the flavors that I remembered. I will definitely be making a return trip.“

“I order when I get there inside the store. I use the gift card payment as it provides two stars 🌟 for every dollar instead of one star 🌟 when paying with a credit or debit card. The star accumulation is faster to get Starbucks merchandise this way.

“Incredible experience, will be returning often. Went to alices next door to ask for a bacon egg and cheese, but they don't serve it. i go next door snd i'm grateful i did. sandwich was $5 and a coffee was $2. No .99 on the prices, i paid a flat seven.

I witnessed a lady hassling one of the baristas about her drink (I think the barista was named Marcia) so much that it irritated me but the barista stayed calm even saying “Yes,ma’am.”

There's prices are reasonable and offer different cup sizes and types of cones.they will let you try as many samples as you wish. Overall its a nice spot to try on a hot summer day if your visiting this city.“

“I ordered through the app and was able to pick up the order through the drive thru. I was in the car with my 3 kids (0-6 years old) and my dog, so walking in alone to pick up the order was not happening. Thank you to the barista that accommodated me because it was extremely helpful!

“I was surprised to see just one employee working late afternoon on a Friday, especially with the fall menu having just come out. Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“
