“In here visiting from Ct needed a coffee uplift and I’m so truly happy I stopped at this location. My coffee made by Adriana was absolutely amazing made to perfection is best way I can describe it. I came into the location which was very well kept. Setup is great and decorations for the season add a special touch. Thank you for the great experience at your Dunkin location. Reasons for my review is because I’m extremely picky sadly 😞 but so often you find most don’t care about the customer i feel they went above and beyond. Keep doing what you’re doing 🥰“

“I would have to respectfully disagree with Chris Parker. I went to Braised Pies for the first time on Tuesday specifically to have the Cornish Pastie and I thought it was absolutely delicious. My mother was from England so I've had many pasties in my trips over there and this brought back the flavors that I remembered. I will definitely be making a return trip.“

“Hands down, the best coffee shop I've been to. I've been to Phil's coffee in San Francisco and it can't hold a candle to Ready Coffees quality of coffee and service. “Great little space with a really delicious variety of food that you can tell is made thoughtfully. The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

He talked about how the pies are made and how the store came to be..I had a slice of their cherry pie..WOW!!! So delicious and fresh..real cherries..no jelly filling..I was so impressed..I can't wait to come back!“

I witnessed a lady hassling one of the baristas about her drink (I think the barista was named Marcia) so much that it irritated me but the barista stayed calm even saying “Yes,ma’am.”

Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“
