“We came on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t too busy but the service was amazing and the food is delicious! The nachos with tomatillo sauce on the side was my absolute favorite. Everything is fresh and the sauces are made in house. We ordered the margarita flight which was not only an amazing spectacle but every flavor was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place! 10/10“

“Shared 4 assorted tacos (fish, lengua, birria & carnitas) with my wife for snack, craved for more. I don’t usually get Lengua (tongue) because of funky after taste from previous experience. At Mala Madre, lengua was so tender, butter and beefy. Will definitely come back for more.“

Three different mild sauces and three different hot sauces . Their homemade hot sauce was excellent! Chorizos was spectacular! Nobody’s gonna run it the way you want it! I ordered picking up from DoorDash so I am not sure about the service but it was a they serve you what you want down a line kind of place too. “Went here for the first time on 2/10/24. Quaint little mom and pop spot with great food, and a wide menu. I had the Burro Loco, which is steak and fries in a burrito, the Birria Tacos (shown in pic), and the chicken quesadillas. They were all AMAZING! Service with a smile as well.Run, don't walk!!!“

“Great experience and surprise! I loved my food choices recommended by one of the owners who is a ray of sunshine! Scrumptious warm baked bread with a spicy guava sauce! Shrimp Stroganoff with mushrooms rice and stick potatoes was delicious! Yucca fries were amazing. Cannot wait to come back!“

“We made reservations for 8:30pm, had to wait a while and got a both table for 7, the manager was very understanding and was able to move us to a different table to feel more comfortable- thank you btw. “A unique restaurant offering Mexican and Italian cuisine. My partner and I started off with a delicious Greek salad and then both had fajitas. There was an abundance of the chicken and steak in the fajitas. They came out sizzling hot and were seasoned nicely and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is not large and has a friendly and family atmosphere. Definitely check it out!!!“

Over this beats any other taco place on long island, so much closer than queens when your craving some tacos and torta :)“
“Taste Haven fills a void in the area for healthy flavorful food. I really enjoy their paninis and smoothies and am excited to try more of the menu. I recommend ordering ahead and picking up because the food is made fresh and takes a bit. They also have online ordering, delivery and meal prep but haven’t tried that yet.“

But I'm here to talk about the food is real authentic Mexican food really delicious & they even have Mexican products like the paletas my favorite is the mango with chile is sweet and spicy at the same time very refreshing. “Amazing restaurant whether it's with friends or family! One of my best friends from college raved about this restaurant and it's easily a hidden gem! You wouldn't normally expect to have a Greek-Mexican fusion restaurant but this one is amazing! I highly recommend getting their stuffed poblano peppers (stuffed with Cauliflower as I'm vegetarian) - 11/10! They even have mocktails and I recommend the mango mule - which I absolutely loved! Will definitely be back here, but given today was Saturday, the restaurant was busy so you couldn't hear the conversation, but food and service are top notch! Also...Food Network...get here ASAP!“
“Besito has done a great job transitioning to the south shore. The atmosphere is different from the Huntington location, but only in a way that makes it feel like it's always been in West Islip. The food is superb, and although the menu doesn't highlight this, their complimentary tortilla chips and salsa are homemade, and it shows. We have now been there three times, and we have yet to be disappointed by the food or staff. My last foray to their dining room, I indulged in the Arrechera (skirt steak). It was lightly marinated and cooked to my liking; medium rare. I was expecting it to be cooked correctly, but I was ill-prepared to find it so tender. Also, as an aperitif... I highly recommend their El Pepino Margarita. What a refreshing mix of fresh cut jalapeños, cucumber and high-quality alcohol.“

“We hired Right coast Taqueria to celebrate my 40th birthday party and right from the very second that I reached out for information Nancy was efficient, accommodating and so extremely easy to work with! She gave me every detail I needed! In fact, it was between Right Coast and another company and because of Nancy's communication alone I knew they were the ones to go with and I would be in good hands! The Day of my event was a complete monsoon and they still showed up on time, put up a tent and got started! The tacos were AMAZING!! I am writing this review 3 days later and still enjoying the leftovers as if they were from that night! I would 10 times over recommend them and use them again! “Went here for the first time and wow have we been missing out!! The food and experience was beyond! Our waiter was such a nice young man who you can really tell he genuinely enjoys his job, which is very rare now a days! The food was DELICIOUS they have a very extensive drink and dessert menu which I personally REALLY appreciateI def recommend this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed!!! They even have a fresh guac cart where they make it directly in front of you at your table! SO FUN! I was obsessed with the tree leches cake I want to eat it everyday“
“Such an underrated gem in Seaford. They have both a nice patio in the back decorated to give all the island vibes as well seating out front on the street side, and of course indoor availability. Service was very personable and quick from drinks through the end of the meal. They certainly don't skimp on the variety of options food wise from starters, quesadillas, tacos to wraps etc. Drink wise I went with the "Mammacita Needs A Margarita" aka a Spicy Marg. Loved the addition of cucumber to the drink to balance it and give it a little refreshing aspect. Food wise we just got a smattering of tacos (Luger, Tropical Lobstahhh, Birria, Al Pastor, Carne Smack Dat Asad and the Cali-Flower) just to try and sample a little of everything. First and foremost, the portions are legit - they don't skimp out so you'll be full or even have extra to take home. Taste wise, my top 3 were the Luger, Lobster and Cali-Flower. All very flavorful and unique in their own way. Definitely will be back once the weather heats up!“

“The food wasn't too bad. They were a little stingy with the servings. You would have to ask for me. What I really disliked was I love a lot of sour cream. I asked for more and the bottle was out. Instead of the server getting a new bottle she just asked me was that at? Like did I need anything else? I said yes more sour cream please but she just put my lid on and covered and bagged my food. When I came to the counter the first server didn't even greet me. I disliked that because I am big on customer service. He just starred at me. I had to say hello may I have a bowl please? Other than these things I wouldn't mind trying them again. The food was fresh and hot and the restaurant was very clean including the restroom. I also loved the freestyle soda machine with a pineapple flavor option. The pineapple Hi-C and pineapple sprite were delicious! I wouldn't mind giving this place a 2nd try.“

“The atmosphere gets 2 stars because the music is so loud that you can't have a conversation. Maybe they keep it loud to you get out of there quicker because there's always a wait of 45 minutes or more. Sad because we've been coming here since 2013, when you could sit and enjoy a meal without ear damage. :(“
“When I first walked into the restaurant I noticed how pretty it looked. I went on a Thursday and they had a live singer which was nice. I ordered the guacamole and they make it tableside. It was fabulous, very fresh. I ordered the Camarones En Salsa Verde O Roja which was very fresh and my son ordered Aroz con pollo which was also very fresh and tasty. “I've been to the Margarita's in East Meadow many times, this was my first time at the Merrick branch. The food is similar but the Merrick outpost is much smaller than E.M., with funky decor and (IMHO) better food. I didn't have a rez, got the only empty table as a walk-in. Service was friendly but slow as only one person was serving the whole place plus there was a glitch with our order, but the excellent food and drink quality made up for those issues. We were too early for the Tuesday $3.50 margarita happy hour (starts at 4:00), so shared a half pitcher of house margaritas instead - they were tasty and strong. (Please don't judge me for early alcohol intake, had a hellish morning so needed a nice numbing agent:) My Mole Poblano Enchiladas were fantastic, 3 of them loaded with chunks of chicken and covered with a sublime mole sauce. Partner's Burrito Mojado was made with skirt steak, he said it was delicious as well. The dishes came with yummy rice and beans, and each plate was embellished with a lovely purple orchid.“

I was working in the area and was looking for some cheap eats and came across this place. The tacos were amazing and definitely not cheap, but we'll worth it. $15 dollars for 3 tacos. Delicious food and very kind workers! They have a good variety of snacks and hot food made fresh daily. The quality of chicken and freshness of the tacos was a 10/10!
