Maple food is great but if it fastest like 💩what good is it. Guac Shop is SO FRESH and DELICIOUS! Taco Tuesday will get you to try it and soon enough you’ll be eating here a few nights a week. “My friend and I found ourselves almost licking our plates clean. We had a steak quesadilla and the shrimp and vegetable soup. Both were excellent!!! The soup was made with thinly sliced vegetables, including asparagus. The vegetables were not over cooked. The shrimp were very small but the soup was excellent. Every drop was licked up.... The steak quesadilla was crisp and hot, served with guacamole, tomato salsa and sour cream. $15 and 2 of us had an excellent lunch.“

“Very nice inviting decor. Service was just ok. The server was basic, didn’t tell us it was happy hour? Nor did she mention and food selections. For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? “I have to say I wondered how these two extreme gastronomic cultures would come together; but they did. We ordered the Moussaka enchiladas (delicious!), smoked salmon avocado toast, Mediterranean octopus (my husband loved the texture, I would have wanted it a bit tougher-crunchier), fried calamari (cooked to perfection!), and chipotle pita chips with dips. Our server, Billy, was professional and thorough.“

From the moment we sat down, Sam was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. “We came here on a thurs even around 6pm...Was pretty crowded but got a table in the middle..The sound level is pretty high at 3/4 capacity but somehow you seem to flow with it because of the atmosphere... People enjoying good mex food are more enjoyable to be around for some reason..anyway...lighting as with most place is difficult to read menu but once the order was in,alot of fun...I noticed the food to be very FRESH...I immediately tasted that in the beans on my Mexican special and the Flautas,chimichanga etc were all delicious stuffed and perfectly cooked!..Fajita steak was so nicely marinated and charred but med inside..Perfect!..Wait staff were all very pleasant....I enjoyed my visit and will defin visit during a slow day,maybe lunch for a lil more quiet....“

“Wow what a fantastic find! We decided to try this new Mexican place, and it did not disappoint. Every single dish was packed with flavor. The tamale was perfectly moist and savory, and the taco Pescadero was fresh and perfectly seasoned. We also devoured the steak quesadilla, which was cheesy and full of tender steak. Don't even get me started on the empanadas—both the chili empanada and the chicken and cheese empanada were phenomenal. We can't wait to go back and try more!“

“Me and my girlfriend loves going to this place for date night!!! the spot is so beautiful with the mexican culture artwork, the party lights, and even have a dj that plays excellent spanish music. the food is is A1… and when i say that anything you order is a safe bet! I MEAN IT!!! The drinks too are the bomb and they don’t skimp out on the feel good drinks if you know what i mean. Carlos is usually our waiter when we come and he makes sure to take care of us! LOVE THIS PLACE“

“Adobo always has wonderful service, gracious portions, and the student discounts are so convenient for college students and high schoolers. My boyfriend and I are regulars and have never had any complaints. A nice and easy atmosphere for grab and go, even at late hours. The workers are always welcoming and genuine. Manju is such an inviting worker with a kind smile and sweet greeting every time we walk in. Highly recommend adobo for filling but healthy meals.“

“Manager was very tentative of all aspects of my visit. She was in the lobby cleaning the drink station when I walked in and stopped what she was doing to take my order. She smiled and made small talk as she prepared my food. More consumers came behind me and she continued smiling and serving. “I cannot believe I lived in west Babylon for 7 years and only tried this place 2 years ago. I passed by so many times. The food is fantastic and my wife and I keep going back for more. Try the burbon chicken with anything. It’s not a dine in place, so just take out and I promise you will be back.
