“We have been going to this restaurant for several years now, We find the owner and manager cordial and accommodating to people's preparation requests, and find their staff pleasant as well. We tend to order different items besides the tacos they are known for. They make great quesadillas, but the best thing that we like is their salads, which we get there often. They have a very large salad bar, with a very expansive selection of pretty much everything one might look to add to a salad,all of which are fresh. The salads can be made conventional or chopped, to the customer's liking, and I truly believe their salads are better than that at most high-end restaurants. If you enjoy this type of food, or even are a vegetarian looking for salad options, I suggest you give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. In going there for salad, I find other people there for that surely agree with me.“

“Very nice inviting decor. Service was just ok. The server was basic, didn’t tell us it was happy hour? Nor did she mention and food selections. For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? Like I said we will go again !!! Great food.“

“Very delicious food. I work in East New York, and I saw many truck drivers, workers stopping at lunchtime. I went to the restaurant, the vibe is so cool, and the tacos I ordered had different and good flavors. Fresh food, tasty, and good customer service.“

“Me my daughter and my granddaughter went there for Sunday Brunch. Billy was our server. He was great, funny, and very efficient. The food was so good that I could not stop eating. From the moment we sat down, Sam was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. “My mom has been purchasing their Rosca de Reyes since 1997 when we lived in Brooklyn. Now she goes to the one in the city. They are delicious and well made. Just perfect! My children love it as well as all my family. They are by far the best ones in town.“

“We came here on a thurs even around 6pm...Was pretty crowded but got a table in the middle..The sound level is pretty high at 3/4 capacity but somehow you seem to flow with it because of the atmosphere... People enjoying good mex food are more enjoyable to be around for some reason..anyway...lighting as with most place is difficult to read menu but once the order was in,alot of fun...I noticed the food to be very FRESH...I immediately tasted that in the beans on my Mexican special and the Flautas,chimichanga etc were all delicious stuffed and perfectly cooked!..Fajita steak was so nicely marinated and charred but med inside..Perfect!..Wait staff were all very pleasant....I enjoyed my visit and will defin visit during a slow day,maybe lunch for a lil more quiet....“

“Would highly recommend coming to try the Happy Hour menu and Taco Tuesday tacos/margaritas and sit outside to enjoy the beautiful view of the water. There was a bit of miscommunication about the Happy Hour specials on Fridays (no longer available on Fridays but are on other weekdays), as others have mentioned, but Wilmer was responsive over email and generously resolved the issue, which we appreciated. The outdoor bartender Matt, was friendly, kind, and super helpful - he made the visit 5 stars for us. Raw Oysters and the shrimp taco were both good. The birria taco (sauce quite spicy), ribeye taco, and corn ribs were excellent. Chips and salsa were great too. The menu has a lot of creative options and we look forward to trying more items.

The tamale was perfectly moist and savory, and the taco Pescadero was fresh and perfectly seasoned. We also devoured the steak quesadilla, which was cheesy and full of tender steak. Don't even get me started on the empanadas—both the chili empanada and the chicken and cheese empanada were phenomenal. We can't wait to go back and try more!“

“Me and my girlfriend loves going to this place for date night!!! the spot is so beautiful with the mexican culture artwork, the party lights, and even have a dj that plays excellent spanish music. the food is is A1… and when i say that anything you order is a safe bet! I MEAN IT!!! The drinks too are the bomb and they don’t skimp out on the feel good drinks if you know what i mean. Carlos is usually our waiter when we come and he makes sure to take care of us! LOVE THIS PLACE“

They treat you with respect and dignity. When you order triple chicken, they give you triple. They do not scrimp.

This is the only Mexican chain restaurant that I will go to. The other one's portions are disrespectfully small.
