“Fast service, friendly staff. A great place to relax. They took the empty field next to it and expanded the drive thru. This has made a big difference as cars waiting in line are no longer mixed with those trying to park or leave the parking lot. It has also taken drive thru traffic off the main drive.“

“I LOVE 3TK Massena! the staff know me and already know exactly what I like, they’re always so friendly and welcoming they make the environment so inviting. If I have any questions or if I’m looking for any advice on what to get they’re very helpful and accommodating. My personal favorite is Just Peachy, which was recommended to me from one of the staff, also the peanut butter balls are delicious! Lit Teas have become a part of my daily routine I highly recommend trying them out!“

“Had never been in this location before today. Was with a friend who dad to drop something off to an employee there. I know a small bit of the history and I'm so excited to see what the new management brings to the table.Because I was not a customer by definition, I chose not to rate or review the food. I will be doing so in the future.As for service, again, I was not being 'served' but I observed the team members as they served their patrons. They appear to work well together, the store is clean, bright and the aromas from the 3 stores (Dunkin, KFC & Subway) were aaaamazing?“

“Good restaurant to stop on way. Renovated. Lots of booths. Several electrical outlets as well which came in handy. Clean restrooms. Breakfast stops at 10:30am. Only drawback is you can’t just pick up your food at the counter - they come serve you at the tables when you dine in which I found odd.“

“It's McDonald's ... Ya never know from one day to the next whether it's going to be good or not ... Just a tip if you want fresh fries tell them no salt then they have to cook fresh for you and then ask for salt and pepper packets to be added in the bag and put it on yourself“

“A little bit slow even with several people behind the counter. Seemed like only one person was working to get the people inside, while I didn't see a couple people working. The guy who helped us inside was friendly and worked efficiently though.“
