A Gem in Medford! I stopped by Bagels Your Way for a quick bite and was blown away by the experience. The service was super fast, and my order was hot and fresh, exactly what I was hoping for. It's the perfect spot when you need something quick and easy without sacrificing quality.
The owner, JR, and his crew are the real stars here. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I walked in. I ordered a hero, and it was perfectly cooked – the bread was toasted just right, and it was loaded with delicious onions and all the fixings.
To top it all off, I even got a free cookie! It was a small gesture that made a big impression. With such great food and a friendly atmosphere, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“Benkert’s is our go-to for everything bakery related. We’ve never had anything we didn’t love from them. We got our wedding cake from them and it’s truly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen, and I’m still getting compliments on how it looked and tasted weeks later. When we were ordering they were very flexible with flavors and gave us plenty of options, they didn’t say no to anything we wanted, everything was possible. You can tell they really care about what they do. You are in good hands with Benkert’s.“

“Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! We requested a chocolate sponge cake with alternating layers of chocolate and strawberry mousse filling. It was delicious and beautifully presented. We saved some cake for a few days after our wedding to have with family and it was still just as good as the night of! The Rolling Pin was a very easy vendor to book as they made the process of deciding on our cake and ordering our cake very smooth. When we picked up our samples, I also grabbed a blueberry scone for the drive home and it was so good. If they weren't so far from where we live, I'd be going to the bakery regularly for my sweets!“

“Definitely a Long Island thing! I’m not sure places like this would thrive where we live now down in Florida. Brings back memories, but… I don’t know. Does everyone make bagels different these days? Seemed more like the consistency of a roll on the inside. This is the second place I tried in this area and same thing. The linzer tart was acceptable. Not a stiff enough or dense enough cookie in my opinion. Other than that, great!“

“I used Fritzsche's as the baker for my wedding cake and they were fantastic to work with! The cake was so delicious and gorgeously decorated. It had 3 tiers; 2 vanilla cake tiers with strawberry mousse and 1 chocolate cake tier with chocolate mousse, with a buttercream frosting on the outside of it.
