“After my Grandmother's internment, we needed a place central to our family's whereabouts. I chose VP&R and we even started trickling in early, they were so accommodating. The food & drink was not only prompt but it was so fresh and good. a few of us had been there before, but the ones who hadn't were satisfied. 10/10 and thank you, from the Downs/Schermerhorn families!“

“Food that I could eat was ok, but the staff really needs to have a book readily available that lists all ingredients in each dish.
Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.“

From the friendly & helpful employee who took my order on the phone, to the owner who my friend met when she went in to pick up our dinner, everything was above expectations. We now want to go back & try everything on the menu…which we will, even though we live a good 20 minutes away.“

“worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ? The BBQ Chicken Thin Crust had a nice flavor and the crust was crispy and thin, but where was the chicken? I requested extra chicken and onions, and there was nary a nugget to be found! And what was the cut job on this? I've seen square cuts before, but not mini-triangles.

The Mushroom and Green Pepper NY Style was better, a nice flavor as well and cheesy, but again the toppings were so underwhelming! Oh they were better compared to the chicken on the BBQ, but a lot of bites I would find no veggies at all. Very sad.“
