“Hands down, Best protein shakes on the island. Honestly can’t be compared, only thing that comes close is smoothie king and the closest one is in Manhattan. Salad so fresh it doesn’t even need dressing, once you start chomping down you’ll forget to put dressing on it. Great selection of supplements, best brands on the market are found here. Let’s not forget the snacks. If you like protein bars then you know how hard it is to find ones that are healthy and actually tasty. You don’t have to worry about that here, I’ve yet to eat a protein bar from this place and put it down. Lastly, the European coffee they use is top brand in Europe. There isn’t a coffee shop in Europe without that emblem (illy) in their windows. Great place, great service, great people, great food, great coffee, great shakes, and great products. “Service was quick and efficient. We called them a half hour before they were going to close, and they did 2 large pies for us for a pick-up order.
I'm a NYC pizza guy, and this might be the best pizza on LI. It will give any NYC pizza a run for its money.
I was in the area because my sister in law lives down the block. We will be back every time the family gets together in Port Jeff.
We will try some of their dinners next time, but the pizza gets 4 stars, for sure.

“My friends and I really enjoyed our delicious meals at this gem of a restaurant. Service was excellent. The Korean fried cauliflower appetizer is wonderful! The filet mignon was top-notch. The bowties with seafood special was outrageous! Desserts were absolutely fantastic. We will be back!“

“We have had a couple of our regular haunts for sushi, and had a menu from the mail from Mizu, so we ordered to-go. The selection was better than many of the surrounding sushi joints in nearby towns, and it the rolls were better overall. Prices were a bit less, but it also helps that they give a 10% discount for online ordering. And, online they also gave a free appetizer if you were over $50. The garlic roll was interesting, and unique, and the menu has a decent number of non-tempura (fried) cooked rolls which is a nice change also. Inside the restaurant there was only a couple of tables, so they probably do most business to-go.“

“I was walking to the train station and hungry. I didn't want to go to a bar restaurant to order food, I wanted something quiet. I didn't see one on the way to the station until I saw an open sign behind the building and took a chance, it was a Mexican restaurant.

I ordered a chicken burrito, it was huge and tasty. Twice as big as Chipotle and it came with chips and sauce. Great deal, $17 and awesome service.“

“I have enjoyed Viva Juan for about 20 years and it’s awesome to see the same familiar faces and enjoy tasty food! Lately, my husband and I love going for a nice lunch around 1pm on a weekday and we sit at the bar and take our time. I usually order everything to share and this time we even had leftovers! The place itself is so welcoming and fun! Restroom is clean and spacious. I would recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a meal and possibly do some karaoke! ☺️“

“I love Panera but I would like to see more detailing in their restaurants decor. They all seem so bland and devoid of attachment to their respective communities. I realize it is in keeping with a minimalist, easy to keep clean approach but it does not motivate customers to stay a while and/ or make it a dining experience.“

“We tried this restaurant over the weekend for a party we were having and it was delicious, and for the price we paid, we got a lot of food the package we bought came with soda and two cannolis and 12 garlic knots along with the pizza. The garlic knots had the most garlic I've ever seen from a pizzeria which is a plus most places don't put any or barely any! the Sicilian pie that we ordered the dough was bread like, I'm not complaining it was still good just light and fluffy. And the regular pie the crust was really thin still again not complaining. I will definitely order from them again.“

“Easily the Best bagels in Rocky point. This place is seriously underrated. Great service and kind staff. The bagels are better than anywhere else around. Seriously, you want a classic bagel exactly the way it should be, soft on the inside and nice blistered on the outside. Cooked at a perfect temperature, really you're missing out if you aren't coming here every morning. Btw did I mention the prices are incredible, they have not increased the prices like other places have. 5 bucks and change gets you a CC bagel and coffee. Inflation who? Not here my man... “Panera Selden is one of the better, healthier choices for fast food in our area. They offer rewards if you order thru their website and a low shipping fee. Customer Service is excellent. I just want to post this "Public Svc. Announcement." Watch out for the Zesty Sweet Peppers on the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. They are HOT, HOT, HOT; unlike the sweet peppers you get at Subway. I couldn't eat the sandwich, but Customer Svc. took care of me.“
