“Just ordered for the first time. Was told the hometown sauce was just like pony’s original from before the new owners changed it. Let me tell you we are not disappointed!! We got both wings and fingers. By far blows pony’s out of the water!! We’re customers for life now!! My son says it’s his new favorite wings from anywhere around. We will definitely be back!!“

“Sicilian style pizza is worth the price. Cup and char, sweet sauce with garlic crust. Seasoned well so if you’re not a garlic fan go with regular crust. Eggplant parm sub is great, like the steak and cheese. The Royal will be the next one I try. Always have my order ready on time. Thanks Tim“

“A new place to go for our Friday night Pizza. It was one of 2 recommended by a staff member at Lakeside Beach S.P. We found the owner to be very friendly. Bill's Pizza put the other three places we had tried in the area to Shame.
We shall be going back again although it won't be till next May as the state parks campgrounds close by noon Oct 14th.“

“Our 1st visit. Pros; great server who worked for every penny she made tonight. She ran the bar and the waited the tables. Cozy atmosphere, minus the bar noise. Food was good. Ordered a beef taco, sampler and a slice. We waited a bit longer than it should have taken for such a simple order but we were not in a hurry. Cons; Had we been in a time crunch.. I would have been very disappointed. The pizza sauce was way too sweet on the slice, and the slice was coldish and tasted old, the cheese was hard. Also the side sauces for the sampler platter are served in plastic cups and they are all cold. My son loves to dip his pizza logs and Mozzarella sticks in warm sauce.. I’m looking forward to returning to try something new. We live about 15 min away so it’s close enough. Side note: we met a man named Matt here tonight and he took our bill and paid it. Chatted with my son and I for a few minutes and was a genuinely nice guy! We tried to return the favor, but we will just pay it forward ❤️ Kindness is Contagious.. pass it on! Matt made our night.“

“Cozy food oasis, most flavorful subs/pizzas in town, great value/service. You want the absolute best sub in Medina? Or a classic pizza? It’s made at Doug’s Pizza, a virtual hole-in-the-wall operation in a tiny strip mall on the outskirts of town that all the locals know about. Totally ignore the corporate-run, overpriced fast food chains and other restaurants along Maple Ridge Rd. Doug delivers such awesome food value he doesn’t even need to advertise. He’s a hardworking machine with a ready smile, and the nicest guy you’ll ever find behind a food prep counter.

For a healthy and filling lunch, I highly recommend Doug’s All American sub (the whole size) featuring quality turkey, roast beef and ham. I get it with provolone cheese and ALL the side toppings plus mayo, oil & vinegar and a little salt & pepper. The generous portions spill out & you can barely close the sub sandwich! Doug’s pizzas are still among the tastiest in Medina, with a recipe going all the way back to the 1970s when this local spot first opened up as Mary’s Sub Shop. The fish fry here is also consistently good, and comes with freshly made cole slaw and awesome golden fries.

Parking: There are plenty of places to park in front of Doug’s, as well as nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza. Doug’s pizza is awesome!

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a ground floor location at same level as parking lot, so easily accessible.“
