“Sicilian style pizza is worth the price. Cup and char, sweet sauce with garlic crust. Seasoned well so if you’re not a garlic fan go with regular crust. Eggplant parm sub is great, like the steak and cheese. The Royal will be the next one I try. Always have my order ready on time. Thanks Tim“

“We were in town for our daughters wedding and stopped in to grab some subs. Soooo glad we did! Best subs ever! I had a basic turkey sub and my husband got the brisket sub--both were super good! The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Such an awesome place! Next time we're in town I want to try the pizza for sure!“

“Our 1st visit. Pros; great server who worked for every penny she made tonight. She ran the bar and the waited the tables. Cozy atmosphere, minus the bar noise. Food was good. Ordered a beef taco, sampler and a slice. We waited a bit longer than it should have taken for such a simple order but we were not in a hurry. Cons; Had we been in a time crunch.. I would have been very disappointed. The pizza sauce was way too sweet on the slice, and the slice was coldish and tasted old, the cheese was hard. Also the side sauces for the sampler platter are served in plastic cups and they are all cold. My son loves to dip his pizza logs and Mozzarella sticks in warm sauce.. I’m looking forward to returning to try something new. We live about 15 min away so it’s close enough. Side note: we met a man named Matt here tonight and he took our bill and paid it. Chatted with my son and I for a few minutes and was a genuinely nice guy! We tried to return the favor, but we will just pay it forward ❤️ Kindness is Contagious.. pass it on! Matt made our night.“

“I got on a sub kick about two weeks ago and I have then recently had a whole sub at all the local sub shops. Today I took a gamble and got a sub from the tine subshop - Dougs Pizza and Subs. Oh My goodness. It is the best sub I have ever had, not even close and also the cheapest one I have had during the past month - the local sub shops. I ordered the smiley spicy italian sub with extra lettuce tomatoes and onions with mayo and italian dressing. It came back toasted, that surprised me and the owner said, we toast all our subs. The sub itself was huge and heafty and the flavor was stunning. It was so good. Then what surprised me was the price $12 for the best sub in town, avantis marks, subway, jersey mikes, firehouse subs, daves subs and cusimanos all were more expensive and this one was the best by far tasting of all of them. Give Doug's another try. wow. its good.“
