We wandered into a roped off area after visiting the goats and a young man came up to let us know it was an area restricted for picking. Rather than make us go all the way back down the hill he let us take the short cut to the peach trees with a promise not to pick from the restricted trees. We ate lunch in the tavern, had a cold beer and walked around the pumpkin patch with our toddler grandson. It was very easy to pick the apples and peaches in about 10 minutes.
