The view (sunset side)& the chill vibe 💙💙On the sand dining if so desired, lounging couches in the sand & also picnic tables/plastic patio table outdoor-see video) large indoor bar & dining area. Families welcome. We just loved the relaxed atmosphere. Can dress up or not. Food great, service slow, ( Monday night-indoor empty. Servers were nice but slow and had to ask others for drink, etc. enjoy the view, about the view, but get your drink order in quick cuz you might be waiting. Such a great area. Quiet quaint. On Navy beach. My hubby had the cod special. Very good!(but if your hungry order a side)I had the Buddha bowl. Came dry-had to ask for a dressing. Just ok. They had a vinaigrette. Would definitely go back. We were a walk in for 2, so got a great porch bar seat and were there early. If you want to sit outside, make a reservation. In a weird area, but don’t let that deter you. Loved.“

“I got my husbands 40th bday catered by Quinchos and it was such a big hit!!! Everyone including the kids loved their food. All the food was excellent! We are already thinking about the next time we come to town and order again!“

“Went for dinner and drinks and had a great experience. Service was super attentive and the lobster pasta was to die for. I will go back just for that dish! Then drinks in the patio by the water was so nice. Though $30 per cocktail is criminal!“

“The atmosphere is seaside casual. An open floor plan exists with a nice bar on one side. It’s airy inside with high ceilings. The food and service is always great. The specials are always a delight. Prices are moderate and fair. Portions are generous.“

“Visiting Montauk - found it online and been twice now. Just behind main street. Take out or eat casually on benches outside. Wide range of seafood options. Loving the Lobster Bisque and the Hooked House salad is a real must. Check it out - you will not be disappointed.“

“The fries were amazing, they only had one working bathroom while we’re were here and it is a tight squeeze. There was a line and the sink was not draining well. The lobster roll was delish but the kids chicken quesadilla was amazing! I stole quite a few bites. My husband had the fish sandwich also good! The drinks were cold and delicious. We got sat right away but the food took a bit long to come out.“

“It was my first time at Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk, and from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond—helping with my bags and giving me a great lay of the land.

The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. But the real magic was in the shared spaces—the expansive lawn, cozy fire pits (complete with a s’mores kit!), shady trees perfect for relaxing, and a stylish bar and lounge area inside.

The location couldn’t be better—just about 0.7 miles to downtown and the beach, making for an easy walk or bike ride. We made the most of our time here and are leaving tan, full, and completely satisfied. Couldn’t ask for more—already looking forward to my next visit!“

“Pricey but worth it. The quality was amazing. Had the peel and eat shrimp, mussels, lobster Mac and cheese and poke bowl. Service was amazing. No outdoor seating available but since it was cool it was fine. Highly recommend this place. Going back once more before we leave since it is our favorite place in town.“
