The view (sunset side)& the chill vibe 💙💙On the sand dining if so desired, lounging couches in the sand & also picnic tables/plastic patio table outdoor-see video) large indoor bar & dining area. Families welcome. We just loved the relaxed atmosphere. Can dress up or not. Food great, service slow, ( Monday night-indoor empty. Servers were nice but slow and had to ask others for drink, etc. enjoy the view, about the view, but get your drink order in quick cuz you might be waiting. Such a great area. Quiet quaint. On Navy beach. My hubby had the cod special. Very good!(but if your hungry order a side)I had the Buddha bowl. Came dry-had to ask for a dressing. Just ok. They had a vinaigrette. Would definitely go back. We were a walk in for 2, so got a great porch bar seat and were there early. If you want to sit outside, make a reservation. In a weird area, but don’t let that deter you. Loved.“

“We LOVE it here!!! The food is AMAZING and fresh, the staff are welcoming, and so polite! Tables are spread out and you feel 100% safe. Service is top notch and the owners are the NICEST people. We come out here every Summer and you bet we are here atleast once or twice on vacation. It’s that good! My daughter loves the shrimp and lobster. 🍤🦞“

“Hands down, the best sushi I’ve ever had. I also really liked that the staff are Japanese it made the whole experience feel super authentic. The service was fast, and everything was super fresh ,the fish and ingredients were top quality. Can’t wait to go back“

“The fries were amazing, they only had one working bathroom while we’re were here and it is a tight squeeze. There was a line and the sink was not draining well. The lobster roll was delish but the kids chicken quesadilla was amazing! I stole quite a few bites. My husband had the fish sandwich also good! The drinks were cold and delicious. We got sat right away but the food took a bit long to come out.“

“Extremely packed in the mornings but worth the wait. Extensive menu (especially compared to other places in MTK) and everything on it is done very well. They only accept cash tip or venmo but don’t tell you that up front so be mindful to have cash on you. Highly recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice.“

“Wonderful bar or tavern with some excelled pub grub. I had the scallop sandwich. Delicious. Others in the group had the open tuna sandwich and a pair of hearty looking salads.
I liked it so much that we came back the following day for lunch, but they’re closed on Mondays. In hope to come again one day.“

“What a local gem! Okay, it was noisy. it’s a bar style atmosphere, so this isn’t a knock against the place. I have to mention the service. Wow, fast and reliable doesn’t go far enough. The kitchen forgot my bacon. Not a problem, no delay, just quick recovery. This is how mistakes are flipped and guest satisfaction is assured! I had the Point Burger. Cooked to what I asked for, and was tasty. My partner had the wings, and he enjoyed them. We had the potato skins as an appetizer. Again, cooked well. For what The Point is, a local hole in the wall, this place excels! If you find yourself in Montauk, drop by! You too might be pleasantly surprised.“

“The food here’s great! Me and my family were visiting montauk and we wanted some fried chicken, the chicken is juicy and the outside is so crunchy. The workers were so kind and the atmosphere in the store is amazing. We felt so welcomed and the service was great. I would recommend the munch box to anyone who loves fried chicken.“

“Really good place to get a good, quick, and cheap meal. The tacos are amazing and made fresh in front of you. The staff is also so nice and very efficient. The tortillas are what makes these the best tacos in Montauk. The food is always fresh and really good. It's the perfect place to go to grab a quick bite before, after, or during a stroll downtown.“

“I look forward to coming to eat here every year when I visit my relatives in Long Island, NY! The food is so delicious and filling and the servers are super friendly and helpful! Recently, I ate here with some family members and our server, Alexis, was the sweetest! She was super sweet, smiley, friendly, and beautiful. I had a wonderful dinner, and the sunset looking out on the water was a beautiful setting for dinner. Can't wait to come back again next year!“
