“We love going to Capelettis — it’s a charming local restaurant that always makes you feel welcome. The owner and chef, Luigi, always greets you with a smile when you walk through the door, which makes the experience feel very personal and special.
He is an amazing chef — the pasta fagioli soup is the best, and everything is always delicious. The staff couldn’t be nicer, and the whole place has a very homey, local feel.

“Driving around after setting up a display at a golf course we came across this little gem in Sag Harbour. I had three tacos; chicken, chorizo and beef. All were delicious. The portions were spot on. My colleague had a burrito and quesadilla. Both look amazing. Fresh tasting great quality ingredients. My pictures aren’t the best as we could wait to eat! Must try take away if you’re near.“

“After the last change in ownership we questioned if the food would ever be as good as it was. Happy to report, they are back. It’s some of the best NY-style Chinese food in NY! And that’s really saying something (I’m born and raised btwn BK and Queens). This will also explain my 1 complaint - the portions are smaller than they should be for the Hamptons-inflated price point. Do better please! “From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by what was quite possibly the most patient host I've ever seen. She was managing a huge crowd with a smile on her face, even while dealing with guests insisting they were owed a table when they weren't. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness.

Once we were seated, we were lucky enough to have Omar as our server, and he was easily the best server in the restaurant. He made sure our table was well taken care of, checked in at the right times, and everything came out promptly, exactly the kind of service we were hoping for. The next time I come back, I'll definitely be asking for Omar.

And the food? I can't lie.. it was absolute FIRE. I'd give the meal an 8/10 overall. Every dish at our table was solid, and I don't think there was a single bad plate.

I always look forward to getting the Number 19 sandwich—it's simply amazing. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and it's a satisfying, delicious meal every time. Pair that with their incredible mango smoothie, and you've got a match made in heaven. The smoothie is so fresh, thick, and perfectly sweet.

“Hellenic in East Marion was incredible! This was my first Greek meal in 5 years since before my diagnosis. I haven't been able to eat safe from cross contamination gluten free Greek food and today I was sooo happy! Hellenic makes their own gluten free pita bread. It was so good that I bought some frozen gluten free pita to go. We went to the farms today so we just kept driving but it will be a great place to go before or after taking the ferry to Connecticut in the future as it’s on the way. I wish it was closer to central/western Suffolk. I can’t wait to go back.“

“Pellegrino‘s is some of the finest Italian food on the East End. It also is a cool place to hang out with a casual vibe with no pretense.. as a local realtor when people ask me, what’s a great restaurant in the north sea area Pellegrino is always the first to come to mind. Great food fantastic service a small, but vibrant bar area or what you’ll find here.
They make a great pizza.

“What can I say about This amazing restaurant in Southampton Village ? Well, I can say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I can say that the service was fantastic. I can see the atmosphere was fun and festive.
My friends and I went in yesterday and enjoyed so much delicious food. The bratwurst platter was a 10 out of 10

The sauerbraten and red cabbage perfectly cooked
Smash burger to die for
The roasted chicken flawless
And the schnitzel straight out of Germany taste wise.

I enjoyed the hummus wrap with sweet potato fries as a vegan option from the lunch menu. It was delicious and fresh! “I love this place and have been coming here for years now in both the winter and warmer seasons.

I am a huge fan of margarita pizzas with delicate light red sauce and their create your own personal pizza is just that. It is one of my favorite margarita pizzas around. I've also tried their salad, olive appetizer and appetizer meatballs over the years and they are all delicious in my opinion. I've seen folks order some unique pizza combos while I've been there including an oyster topping on a white pizza, but all have appeared to enjoy.

On a winter night, I love getting a small table and ordering to stay in the warm pizzeria. I. The warmer months, it is delightful to get one of the outdoor seats in the courtyard and enjoy the warm weather.

Occasionally in the warmer months I've noticed that service can be a little slower than I'd prefer, but it has always been friendly and never an excessively long wait for the food for me.“

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was so kind and patient, even with our little toddler being a bit wild! Gerry was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even brought out a dessert with a candle for me, which was such a sweet touch. “Greenport Distilling and Bar is no longer in Greenport. It has recently reopened on the site of One Woman Winery at 5195 Old North Road in Southold. In addition to great cocktails based on their own gin, vodka and bourbon, you can also opt for a variety of One Woman wines.
They are open every day except Tuesday from 11:30AM to 6:00PM. On Fridays, they stay open for Jazz Night from 6:00 to 9:00.
The musicians vary from week to week but they have all been good. What does not vary is the quality of the cocktails, wines and delicious snacks. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The newly renovated barn provides an impressive and comfortable environment to relax and enjoy.“
