They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. “Maybe it's a little much with Paris Baguette now next door? Nah. This place is GREAT. Are they expensive? Yes. Are they always in demand by my family? Yes. You get great service, and it is one of the few places I actually go for the compulsory tip culture that I usually turn away from. They are just a great dive, always smelling good, looking good, and worth picking up cookies from when you can. Cookies, literally all they do, and they do it well as anyone could. Only complaint? Normally we don't post anything out of the 518 but we were out and about plowing snow in NYC and we stopped at Mountain View Deli. 🥪 🍪

We meet the owner Mike and he was very friendly and his hospitality was great. The cashier was very welcoming and made our experience worth it! The subs were really good and it's definitely one of the nicest deli's I've been to. They have a huge selection of homemade baked goods from Italian cookies, cheesecake, cakes and much more. The deli was super clean and my favorite part is they decorated the place for Christmas. Almost felt like home☃️ Thank you for the great service and I cannot wait to come back!
