“This store is my favorite Dunkin store so now I only come to this one . Elida and Ronni and Erick and others always treat me well. They are all friendly , try very hard to please , and are all super nice. This store is clean and roomy enough to enjoy your food if you choose to stay and I highly recommend this store to anyone. All of the people, especially Elida, go beyond to provide excellent service.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“This spot is the one I like best. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The stuff is very professional and the cooking they cook is so appetizing. I never decline to have a decent dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.“

“Not crowded at all. Clean. Quick service. 4 stars because I asked for decaf and when I checked with the guy who delivered it to me about 30 seconds later, he delivered regular. Not sure it it was him or the cashier who made the mistake, but they had it fixed immediately and I was out the door less than a minute later.“

“I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“

“My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I've gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won't be disappointed. My only suggestion for this location would be that there needs to be a drive thru option which would be a lot more convenient for drivers, but I see that with the type of building this is it probably isn't possible.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian menu options and you can even customize your favorite orders to not include meat. The hash browns are one of the best!Parking: The parking at the front of the Dunkin Donuts is limited, however there is more parking at the nearby supermarket nextdoor.Dietary restrictions: They have coconut milk and almond milk for drinks that may include milk, in case a customer is lactose intolerant or does not want to drink cow milk.“

“From the first moment you enter that place they give you an excellent feeling. Very comfortable crew, it is a happy place to enjoy with friends or with your date. Excellent cooking, qualified chef, modest cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.“

“This Dunkin’ location is very good. The drinks and food were always great. I’m a big fan of the caramel iced coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The only downside to this location is that it is very hard to get in and out of the small plaza that it sits in. The street is normally very busy with traffic, and it can be hard to pull in and out. Also, the parking lot is small and is very limited.“

“The orders always come out quickly, but they forgot to add cream and sugar to the one item I ordered - coffee. And the cashier that took my order made the coffee for me and delivered in less than 90 seconds. So they forgot, and they didn't check the ticket. Easy fix, though!“
