“When my brothers were kids, they would stop to eat at Hiram"s on their way back from Palisade's Amusement Park. My mom would always ask why. My brothers replied, "the food is better at Hiram's! When I worked for Thomas J. Lipton in Englewood Cliffs, my co-workers and I went to Hiram's for lunch often. I plan on going very soon! I so love Hiram's for the food and it's longevity.“

“I really can't say enough! The food was slamming!! ... amazing Brisket ,tender, mouth watering flavorful . BABY please. Had the Brisket with Shrimps and Scallops. Hubby had Brisket and Shrimp. Everything delicious, !. And the Collard Greens and real Candied Yams !!!! GIRL What! We had homemade chicken empanades . honestly the best i ever had. Portion size plenty, we took food home for tomorrow . Waitress was great , wait staff attentive . Ambience was bright, new , big screen tv , a modern fireplace too. “Went there today for the first time with my wife, I had the 10 West burger, so delicious, cooked perfectly and the burger was huge, just the right number of toppings and the bacon jam hit it out of the park. The sweet potato fries were excellent and enough for two people. The chips that come with the burger were also good. My wife had the regular burger with no cheese and an order of regular fries. She really enjoyed it and said it was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the owner, Mel, greeted us, took our order and chatted with us while our order was being prepared. We were given a little disc that lit up and vibrated when the order was ready to be picked up at the counter. One of the best burgers around! A little pricy, but definitely worth it! We'll be going back for another delicious mouthwatering experience!“

“Chili dog and fries were very good. It took longer than expected to order and get the food because there was only one person taking orders and cooking. The Nathan’s share the space with Pizza Hut and dunkin so that’s cool if you want to order from multiple spots. I will come again.“

“I went to this location today…it’s rare to find a hot dog truck that serves you quality nowadays. The food was great. Chili was so damn good. And the ONIONS WERE FRESHLY MADE. Super delicious. I loved the owner. He was sweet and immediately went to work cooking. Fast and caring. I appreciate the culture he brings to his work. Like I said it’s rare to find that in the BX nowadays. “Absolutely the best place to go to Grab a drink after work , Have some Lunch, Watch the Game meet some amazing people, Phenomenal customer service and randomly go play some pinball in the back, while playing giant Connect four or Jenga. even eat or drink outside. great environment, my favorite go to bar and I live in The Bronx.
