“This is our second time here. We thought about it all week and had to come back here. We don't always repeat restaurants because there are so many try, but we will definitely keep coming back. We got the crispy rice with tuna, the Hakkaido roll, the chase roll, and the passion roll (wow). This is by far one of our favorite restaurants. The staff are great too.“
“We are local but never stopped in before. My wife and I, one daughter and her fiance came in during the week between Christmas and New Years. No one was sitting down but it was a little early and there was a lot of take out order activity the entire time we were there.Three of us ordered a total of 8 different rolls and some rice/noodles for my wife . I has the Crunchy Tempura Shrimp roll and the Cream Cheese roll with crab and I would order both again. Everyone enjoyed their selections and other then the noodles and rice, our plates were clean. My wife took what remained for her noodles and rice home as leftovers. We also ordered the Thai Donut to share for desert, based on other reviewers suggestions, and it was really good.Towards the end of our meal, another 2 groups came in and sat down so we weren't the only ones sitting down to eat. We will come back for sure to get items we liked and try out some others.“

The food here overall is great - we had a little bit of everything - fried rice, dumplings, udon, etc. The iced matcha latte was pretty good. There is limited seating and the place was pretty busy. I would prefer takeout from here rather than dining in but maybe except for the soufflé pancakes! Not sure those would be good via delivery. Would recommend for a quick lunch, dessert, or drinks!“

“Bardonia Oriental is consistently our favorite go-to place for Chinese food. The chicken is most often quite delicious and tender, regardless of the dish that it's placed with. I'm most often preferred chicken with broccoli however I had chicken with Chinese vegetables last night and found it to be absolutely scrumptious! The beef with snow peas is delicious as well. One of our dear friends is Chinese and she refuses to eat Chinese food anywhere but there if that's any indication of the quality of their food. The egg rolls can be hit or miss at times having so much grease they're impossible to consume and other times being so delicious I would eat multiples if I had them! There thick Chinese noodles are rarely greasy and always delicious especially with duck sauce. We prefer the mustard that comes in a container to the hot sauce in a package. I would not recommend requesting sauce on the side as I have done a times because somehow the chicken and broccoli become overdone. Overall, as I've said there isn't any other Chinese restaurant in Rockland County that has earned my respect and is much repeat business as Bardonia Oriental. I forgot to mention how much we enjoyed the crab with cream cheese appetizer! They are very good at following specific orders so if you like your vegetables al dente to preserve the nutrients and simply let them know how long you would like to cook it the vegetables. Otherwise the broccoli tends to be somewhat soggy. With a little bit of accommodation and finagling and won't improved consistency for the egg rolls, I would delightfully add the extra star all the way! The vegetable dumplings had a crunchy exterior but the veggies inside were mushy which gives me the impression they aren’t made in house. “The name of the restaurant changed. Its now called Xing Fang. We had the Harumaki for appetizer, they were very good and tasty. We also had the Hibachi combo specials, chicken & shrimp and steak & chicken, with fried rice. They give a nice amount of food in each combo. The meats and shrimp were cooked perfectly, very tender and very tasty. The fried rice was delicious. We will definitely be back to order from here again.“
“Amazing Thai food with a nice ambiance. The service was fast enough. Singha Thai beer was nice but has only 5% alcohol. For food, you can specify the spice level that you would like. My friends tried Tom Kha Gai soup and they like it. My husband really liked Drunken Noodle with chicken. I ordered Mixed Vegetables Pad Phed (which is sautéed with red curry, onion, bell pepper, basil and coconut milk) after I verified they do not use butter for that. It was delicious but we think that it is spicy even I asked for mild, so be ready! By the way, Mixed Vegetables Pad Phed comes with a small bowl of rice so I had to order one more rice bowl to balance the spice level; but overall, it was a great experience! Note: They charged extra 3.99% as credit card fee without warning us about that.. It was around 5 dollars for us. We realized that later but you can consider this while adding your tip if you want.“
“I had the salmon sushi lunch special. It was 3 salmon sashimi, 3 salmon sushi, and a salmon avocado roll. It was tasty and very well put together by the sushi chef. The host/cashier/waitress was very competent and courteous. The restaurant is 3 tables, but takeaway is always an option. The miso was way better than most and a nice portion. My wife had the 3 roll lunch. I snapped a photo, the sushi chef did a very nice job. I will probably return and have the same thing, it was good.
