He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. “The customer service at this Starbucks location is phenomenal. I don’t know how they do it, but from the time I place my order on the drive thru line to the 2min or less it takes me to get to the window, my order is always ready. They are super fast and yet the drinks are better here than any other location. I am now a regular! Long gone are the days of waiting 20-30min on a drive thru line at the Hauppauge location. I’m so happy this Smithtown location has opened up! They are also super friendly and the inside of the store is beautiful.“

Starting at 6p they had a Mexican mariachi band, and it was such good entertainment.The restaurant was packed as you would expect on this day, but the service was phenomenal. It didn’t matter whose table we were assigned to, everyone helped in all different stages of our meal.We started off with a coconut margarita and a peach margarita. They were good and you could taste the alcohol that put in there.The second and third coconut margarita came with real coconut in the drink, and that definitely was a seller for us.They start off with fresh made tortilla chips and homemade salsa. The salsa was fresh and great flavor, however if you can handle even a tiny bit of spice, I wouldn’t have it. It got hotter the more you ate it.We ordered their ‘alitas con chipotle’ which is their chicken wings, and oh goodness they were great. Only thing I have to say is they are double fried and on the smaller side, but their chipotle sauce was the best sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. It is on the hotter side, but to me personally it was not too bad, the the flavor was bursting in my mouth. We actually ordered another side of the sauce for the wings because it was practically drinkable as is, and then another side for our entrees.We ordered ‘camarones caribeños’ which is their coconut shrimp with fries and salad. The coconut shrimp had appeared to be burnt when it was set on the table, however they weren’t and it was delicious. We dipped the coconut shrimp into the chipotle sauce… and that is what this place should offer with this dish. The sweet and savory together really burst in your mouth. The fries were typical fries, soft and could’ve been fried a tad more.We also ordered their ‘fajitas en Sartén’ with chicken. It came out sizzling with green peppers, onions, and tomatoes with a plate of guacamole, refried beans, rice and sour cream. We poured the chipotle sauce on the fajitas, and once again, we were baffled with the taste fusion.We loved this sauce so much that I told our waitress that I would buy the sauce if they were willing to sell it to me. I asked her to give me however much she could, and she gave me 4oz.We additionally ordered the ‘flan de tres leches’ and it tasted like a flan, and less like tres leches.Overall, would come back here in a heart beat.“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to a cashier named Tyler. I was taking some time to decide on my order, and he remained incredibly patient and kind the entire time. When my order was accidentally charged to my PayPal account by mistake, Tyler immediately acknowledged the error, voided the transaction, and generously gave me the order free of charge. His customer service not only stood out, it truly reflected the kind of heart he has. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive. Shoutout to Tyler for going above and beyond! I hope he gets the acknowledgment he deserves, having someone like him on your team is such a reflection to your business and it’s truly appreciated“

“Been there twice. Had Omelette and burrata Avacado toast. Hazelnut latte. All were delicious! Their coffee is top notch. Service is the problem. They do not have enough wait staff, baristas, maybe even cook staff. The one waitress they have literally is everywhere. First time, long wait for food and second time, long wait for coffee…Went during the week both times and many customers come in for coffee to go… strongly suggest more baristas to handle both seated customers and to-go-customers These issues make me hesitate to come again even though the food and coffee are great! ?? There are plenty of other good breakfast/brunch spots nearby that are just as busy that don’t have these service issues. If fixed, this would be my main stay spot for brunch!“

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !“
