“Love, Love, LOVE this breakfast spot. I order from here regularly. The food is always fast, fresh and budget friendly. The guy who takes phone orders affectionately refers to us as “The Donut Family” because we usually order the last donuts of the day. What’s pictured here is seasoned waffle fries and a special made burger (bacon cheddar cheeseburger on a glazed donut w/lettuce & tomato). They are open very early. They take cards and cash. The staff is super friendly. Great for delivery but not so great as a dine in spot (they do have a couple of chairs inside but it’s really too small to sit and enjoy a meal without having to move for the incoming foot traffic).“

“Came to Inwood for a couple of months this summer, and was delighted to stumbled upon this amazing neighborhood gem. It’s a hub! Coffee, pastries, reading, laptops, people coming together to chat, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, late night laptop jam sessions, kids playing games. And the best part, they LOVE dogs. It’s so nice to have a place you can come into on your walk with your dog. They have a water station and a big barrel of free dog treats. Plenty of outdoor seating and cafe seating with tables and bench seating in the back. The dining room is also comfortable with lots of options, plus its stroller and wheelchair accessible! Can’t forget the service, the coffee gala are AMAZING. Lenny is incredibly talented and kind and efficient. They all as so personable and friendly.“

The florentine omelet comes with toast and potato was amazing! Lots of spinach and feta. They made our day with this breakfast! Service fast and friendly! Price great! Meal is huge! “Nice local option.I'm not even sure of the name of this place as I believe ownership might have changed at some point or two. On Google, it's 'Tu Cafe' - on Yelp it's 'G & M Coffee Shop' - and on the menu I have it just says 'Cafe'.I've been here several times, and it's been a reliable, nice option and local business.Place is comfortable. Not overly large, but there are plenty of areas to sit both at a table or at the counter. I've only ordered to go, so I have no comments about the in-dining experience.I've only been ordering breakfast items, but upon last visit I decided to try more options the next time I come here. But the breakfast I have ordered has been good each time. The hot food behind the glass looks appetizing and I plan to try that next time I pass by.Staff has been friendly. I've mainly dealt with the one in the front and she's always very pleasant and welcoming.Parking is metered street or the municipal lot on the next block. Don't take chances without paying, because the parking violation police are here checking very frequently. For locals of course, walking is the best option.All in all, a nice local business and again, great option in the area. I will be back of course.“
