Simple Motive Brewing Company Brewery •
222 Lake Ave Suite 1B, Yonkers - 5.72 miles

“You get food from the food truck outside. Which is good. It's cools that you can see the tanks in the back from the brewing process. The bar tenders are very attentive. The inside looks like a brewery and feels very homey and a place to relax with friends and family. You can bring your kids if you want also.“

Run & Hide Brewing Co. Brewery • $$
223 1, 2 Westchester Ave, Port Chester - 8.7 miles

“When I did a search for 'breweries' in Westchester County, this place popped up. They do brew their own beer but it's really more of a taproom/bar than a brewery. The Here Comes My Girl IPA was delicious and the Rose (on tap) was great too. They have a small menu of food options which looked very appealing. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Right before we left, some live music got going and many of the people there were having some drinks before going to the Capitol Theatre for a show. I definitely want to come back here soon!“

Alternative Medicine Brewing Company Brewery •
29 Elm Ave Ste 1A, Mt Vernon - 2.62 miles

“I have been to Alternative Medicine Brewing Company twice and had positive experiences. I live in Brooklyn now and come up to see friends and family and I really wish this place was around when I when was living in Fleetwood. They make a very good IPA with Juice Cleanse, their environment is fantastic, they have a super cozy nook and the bathrooms are incredibly clean. Caribbean Soul Food literally hits the spot. Also, the owners and employees are super friendly. Mount Vernon really needs more great small businesses like this and I hope to keep coming back in the future for great beer.“

New York Craft Coalition Brewery •
139 Hoyt Ave Suite A, Mamaroneck - 3.61 miles

“The location is attached to the end of a craft beer market. Little hard to find. Have to continue walking past it outside and there's a door on the side. They do serve food however I didn't try any. I sampled the house lagers, IPA's and Stouts. Their main stout is absolutely phenomenal. The IPA's left a little to be desired for me. I like my IPA's with more of a hoppy bite at the end. The Lager was incredibly smooth and would be a great all day tailgating beer. Bar managers were very insightful about the products they had. Would recommend.“

The Bronx Brewery & Empanology Brewery • $
856 E 136th St, Bronx - 10.11 miles

“Came here tonight and surprise- it was trivia night! How cute!! Layout is small and a little wonky so if you want to be in on the action + have plenty of opportunities to socialize, I recommend sitting towards the front near the bar! Unfortunately I came around 8:30 and trivia was fully in-swing so the only seats were in the back sort of away from everyone. One of the things that struck me right as I came in was how welcoming the crowd felt and the amount of queer folks I saw. Definitely felt right at home pretty immediately. My partner and I ended up ordering a flight of beers to share. You get your selection of any 4 beers on tap for just $20. My partner then ordered the burger and fries and I ordered a selection of 4 empanadas (2 chopped cheese, 1 Korean pork, and 1 vegan esquites). My empanadas were delicious although I didn't care for the esquites one as much as the other three. My partners burger and fries came out cold unfortunately but I was told it had good flavor.Overall, a decent spot if you like beer and activities!“

“Ambiance perfect casual meets geek! Sci-fi theme throughout but not overdone for the non geeksLuckily Lindsay (sorry didn’t ask for her spelling) suggested the quantified theory too high alcohol for me tonight passing through but the taste I had confirmed an excellent Belgian- I had an IPA flight with the lightsaber/hazy and Mayhem as the top favoritesEven with the trivia night fun loving brewery atmosphere!I left with coupons for future beers and a frequent visitor punch card - feeling most welcome here!“

Gun Hill Brewing Company Brewery • $$
3227 Laconia Ave, Bronx - 4.7 miles

“Didn't know there was a brewy in the bronx. Nice cozy place to have a temaste of the local beer. I was on a bike ride and this was our final destination. The father and son bbq was a pop-up, once the food ran out that was it. They had good food, the brewy doesn't have food and they are open at a certain time. I would suggest some heaters if the bay door is going to be open. I will definitely be going to back to try some of there other beers. Maybe catch a game.“
