Their hot meals are insanely delicious. I always have their baked chicken & potatoes with rice. It’s very filling. Ample sitting area & clean restroom. Hot meals are minimum of $13, so their prices are a bit high, however, their taste of food, & quick service is commendable.
My friend and I were looking for some good deli food to start our day off on the right foot. I got the lox bagel and he got a breakfast sandwich and a bagel (#13 and #15). The food was fresh, the service was great, my only complaint is that I couldn't have one of everything on the menu. (I can eat a lot but I do have limits) Thanks Al's workers for making our day, especially the line cook who made our sandwiches, I'm bummed I didn't get his name. I’ve been coming to Al’s for almost 12 years! The best deli across the street from Macy’s Herald Square. Love their food… breakfast, lunch and dinner! I’m so glad they survived post-covid.Order: Turkey Bacon, Egg, and cheese sandwich with black pepper and ketchup
