Arte Restaurant is a favorite neighborhood spot and one of the favorite Italian restaurants in all of Manhattan. The food is always delicious, and the service is outstanding. The warm and cozy interior features artistic murals and a fireplace, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It feels like home as the owners treat every customer like family. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely loves what they do. Lumi is especially impressive, describing each dish with enthusiasm. The team behind the bar and on the floor is great. The chicken capricciosa, grilled and with Caesar salad on top, is truly excellent. The mussels and Caesar salad are absolutely delicious. Even the decaf coffee is divine. The service is impeccable, with plates cleared promptly and drinks refilled automatically. Arte is a cozy neighborhood spot buzzing with regulars. It is a warm, welcoming gem of a Greenwich Village local restaurant. Cosy in the winter with the fire, and lovely outdoor dining when it is warm.
