This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Drinks were wonderful. Ambience and decor were romantic, interesting, unique. I cannot think of a single negative except possibly the price is high-- but I thought it was very worth the expense, and would be thrilled to go again. Enthusiastically recommend!
Made my birthday extra special - my friends and I had the time of our lives and the food was phenomenal down to the onion rings! LOVE!
Our server Rose made this a truly exceptional experience. Definitely recommend

Beauty & Essex is a popular restaurant in New York City known for its fun decor and unique concept. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, including little French dips, tuna poke tacos, and beef Wellington that melt in your mouth. The interior features an elegant decor with a sweeping staircase, creating a great atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, with servers helpful in choosing dishes and sharing information. Guests can enjoy smaller plate dishes to share, such as the grilled cheese in the tomato soup, a kale and apple salad, chicken meatballs, and salmon. The food is exceptional and delicious, with each dish exceeding expectations. For dessert, the chocolate peanut butter cake is a must-try, but another dessert with white mousse and a real cherry is also beyond amazing.
