About Cacio e Pepe

Cacio e Pepe is a cozy Italian restaurant in New York City that offers excellent food and service. The signature dish, Cacio e Pepe, is a must-try, prepared in a melted cheese wheel right at your table. The pasta is perfectly al dente with crunchy peppercorn chunks. The restaurant also offers a variety of other delicious dishes, such as burrata with prosciutto and spinach spaghetti with veal ragu and shaved truffle.

The outdoor seating area provides a great spot for people-watching, and the cocktails are nicely mixed. Customers praise the quality of both food and service, and highlight the excellent Cacio e Pepe and veal dishes, as well as the tasty fennel and beet salads. The quiet garden space in the back is a popular choice for diners.

The restaurant has a pleasant vibe, and the staff and service are awesome. Customers have enjoyed sitting in the garden, even when the front of the restaurant was not busy. The homemade pasta, tossed with black pepper in the cheese wheel, is amazing, and the wine selection is great. The bread with homemade tomato sauce is also a highlight. Overall, Cacio e Pepe is a neighborhood gem that impresses both locals and visitors alike.

Charming ambience delicious food and friendly staff. Pasta was really good.

Killer - Came all the way from Northern Colorado to eat here. Great atmosphere, amazing wait staff. Pasta was al dente. Thanks so much. I'm a Team USA Olympian and if making pasta was an Olympic Event. Cacio e Pepe would win the Gold!
