Maggie and the team are bomb. They are hospitable and know what they are doing. Location wise, good spot- near the train, near the shopping area, and on the way uptown. Also one of the only 3 stores in ny- nomad/ bryant park that only carry soft serve matcha ice cream. 5 stars for me.
Attentive and friendly staff who assisted me! It was a fast service! The shop is very cute and retro! There is a cute sign, "Welcome to Paradise" and lights up! Store looks very welcoming and pleasing. There are some few seating areas. What's good about Cha Cha Matcha is that there is a good selection of drinks you can order from.
