“A great place to hang out across the street from Grand Central. Much better than the food court in Grand Central where there is no general seating except for one restaurant. It is quiet and clean with a bathroom (code needed). The food is… well… fast food. I just had a seltzer bc I was there with someone else who just wanted a quick bite before the train ride. You have to ask for ketchup… they keep it behind the counter.“

“My go-to location, something I always crave. They recently renovated their place not so long ago, and added an elevator, so yes, it's wheelchair assessable. Other than that, customer service is good, and it's a clean environment. I LOVE YOUU CHICK-FIL-A!!!“

“It's my first time shopping at Chick Fil A. The food is very good. I bought salad with soda. The atmosphere is very good, the only bad thing is that it does not have chairs to sit but the atmosphere is very good for when you are in the area.“

“Chick-fil-A is known for its delicious chicken sandwiches, particularly the spicy chicken sandwich, which features a perfectly seasoned, crispy chicken breast served on a buttered bun. The addition of American cheese adds a creamy texture that complements the sandwich nicely.

In addition I have tried sweetened iced tea which providing a refreshing balance to the spicy flavors of the food.

“I went there for the food it’s was really good and great quality, however I’ve applied to work for them and got ghosted….i went through 2 interviews but still got ghosted, they never sent me a email or nothing…good for the food, not really good for the application process“

“My family and I got served by a Cashier called Joshua, he was absolutely amazing with us and let us take our time since it was our first time ordering at Chick fila He didn’t accept a tip from us whatsoever. The food came out great and was fast the staff are well mannered.“

The crowd in front of the store was people from Uber Eats.
When you enter the store and wait in line, multiple employees will listen to your order.
After choosing what you like, you will be asked for your name.
Just state your name at the cashier counter and pay.
My name is not JOSEPH, but I guess I didn't get it across to the clerk who took my order.

Go up to the second floor, sit at any available seat, and enjoy your meal!
