Chick-fil-A in New York

“Most Chick-fil-A’s provide great food and service including this location. The pickup was pretty fast, and the food was good. However, when comparing this Chick-fil-A with other locations, it lacks just a bit. The pickup went by slower, despite having less people. The location has amazing seating and is spacious with many tables and chairs. The walls are decorative and add to the aesthetic. It was not too busy at around 4pm.The location is near Herald Square and K-Town making it very appealing. It is located near the 1/2/3/A/B/C/E/D/F/N/R/Q trains, m34 bus, LIRR, and PATH trains.“

“Went to this location after shopping all day, with my Son. This Chick-fil-A is in our neighborhood and we've passed it a thousand times, but never stopped in. I didn't feel like making dinner, so we stopped here.

I was very surprised at how easy and fast it was to order my food, in spite of how busy it was. There was a line, but there were hardly any seats available.

The line moved fast, and the cashier was super friendly and helpful. I was instructed to have a seat, and my food was delivered to our table before I got my coat off.

The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great. I'd definitely come back here. 10/10“

“I like to give credit, when credit is due! This Chick Fil-A store has great tasting food! However, my review is about the amazing hard working employees that work here!!! From the managers, Sam, Ben, Roosevelt, there’s another Spanish manager, but I don’t recall his name. And then there’s a young manager Gabriel. They all work so very hard! From greeting customers to cleaning. I do mean cleaning! Sweeping, mopping, disinfecting the tables & chairs constantly!!!
I’ve never seen managers work so extremely hard to provide the patrons with a lovely clean atmosphere!!! About two weeks ago, manager Gabriel was holding the door open for a group of teenagers. Sadly, as they were leaving, the last teenager threw a glass of water at Gabriel’s face! Everyone was stunned! But Gabriel just dried himself and kept on serving the many customers and helped with getting the orders ready. Gabriel is the true epitome of a great leader!
I was horrified to think that those teenagers thought what they did was funny!
I visit this place often and I’ve never seen anything disturbing happen here besides this one unfortunate incident!
This place is a cozy lovely safe restaurant. Now I must congratulate the staff, some which I know by name like Ange, Jeff, Binta, Halima, Erika, Jay and all the others that work extremely extremely hard to help maintain this restaurant in pristine condition always!!! I see them work so hard and it warms my heart! Especially, on the 2nd floor between the hours of about 11:30am to 6pm. It’s extremely busy! I truly wish management would have two employees cleaning & maintaining the upper level! It’s a lot of work for just one person! However, the one employee manages to greet everyone, offer their services, should we need anything, and keeps everything clean!!! And also brings customers their orders!
To Binta, Ange, Jeff, Erika, Jay, Halima, Gabriel, Sam, Roosevelt, Ben and all the others. I want to say THANK YOU KINDLY for all you do everyday! This store is extremely fortunate to have you all working here! This is definitely the #1 Chick Fil-A store in Manhattan!!!

“I came here during rush hour (lunch) and at first I thought, man, that line looks long but after going in it turned out to be a seamless experience. I ordered immediately and got my food as soon as I was done ordering. Just a testament to how well this team does and all with a smile on their face. It really made my day! Shoutout to my cashier Valeria and the manager who I did not get the name of, super friendly and efficient staff.“

Of course the food was amazing and up to the Chick-fil-A standard but Nasir what’s the next level not only did he take care of everyone in our group but he did it with such a smile on his face and a type of genuine joy that deserves way more than the average raise. “My favorite Chick-fil-A branch!
• Conveniently located near my hotel, so I was able to walk there early in the morning before my flight and bring sandwiches home.
• The dining area is spacious and very clean.
• The chicken sandwich was delicious, and of course, the signature sauce pairs perfectly with it. The pickles were fresh and crunchy too!
• The staff were kind and accommodating. One crew member even gave me extra sauces when I mentioned I was bringing the sandwiches home for my siblings (and yes—they survived the trip!).
• I do wish they had better containers for pickles ordered separately, as mine spilled. I had to wrap them tightly in a plastic bag afterward.

“I went to Chick-fil-A and I’m convinced this place is running on a completely different operating system than every other fast food spot.

First of all, the line? Ridiculous. I’m talking “am I at the DMV or ordering chicken?” type of line. You start mentally preparing for a long wait, maybe scroll your phone, rethink life choices…

Then somehow—you’re at the register in 2 minutes.
I don’t know if they have a hidden army in the back or if everyone there trained with the Navy SEALs, but the efficiency is borderline suspicious.

And the employees? Too nice.
Like aggressively polite.
You say “thank you,” they hit you with “my pleasure” like you just did them a favor by ordering nuggets. At some point you start feeling like you should be tipping them emotionally.

Now the food—honestly, it delivers every time. Chicken is crispy, juicy, consistent. It tastes like they actually care, which is rare in fast food.“
