“During our trip to NY, we stopped here and grabbed lunch. The line met us at the door but we got our food in under 3 mins due to our orders being taken in line and when we were at the cashier our food got handed to us while we were paying. We sat on the 2nd floor to dine and the restaurant was clean even though it was full during lunch time. The staff got our orders exact and the food was great. The restrooms are located on the second floor.

(First Floor)- Where you make your order and pay/Pick up orders online.
(Second Floor)- This is where you have the first option of dining and restrooms (No code needed).
(Third Floor)- Additional seating for dining.
Also, please note this restaurant is about a 8 min walk from the 9/11 memorial pools/museum, One World Observatory and the Oculus. So if you wanted to grab something before or after visiting this part of the city, this Chick-fi-la would hit the spot!“
“Went to this location after shopping all day, with my Son. This Chick-fil-A is in our neighborhood and we've passed it a thousand times, but never stopped in. I didn't feel like making dinner, so we stopped here.
I was very surprised at how easy and fast it was to order my food, in spite of how busy it was. There was a line, but there were hardly any seats available.
The line moved fast, and the cashier was super friendly and helpful. I was instructed to have a seat, and my food was delivered to our table before I got my coat off.
The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great. I'd definitely come back here. 10/10“
“I like to give credit, when credit is due! This Chick Fil-A store has great tasting food! However, my review is about the amazing hard working employees that work here!!! From the managers, Sam, Ben, Roosevelt, there’s another Spanish manager, but I don’t recall his name. And then there’s a young manager Gabriel. They all work so very hard! From greeting customers to cleaning. I do mean cleaning! Sweeping, mopping, disinfecting the tables & chairs constantly!!!
I’ve never seen managers work so extremely hard to provide the patrons with a lovely clean atmosphere!!! About two weeks ago, manager Gabriel was holding the door open for a group of teenagers. Sadly, as they were leaving, the last teenager threw a glass of water at Gabriel’s face! Everyone was stunned! But Gabriel just dried himself and kept on serving the many customers and helped with getting the orders ready. Gabriel is the true epitome of a great leader!
I was horrified to think that those teenagers thought what they did was funny!
I visit this place often and I’ve never seen anything disturbing happen here besides this one unfortunate incident!
This place is a cozy lovely safe restaurant. Now I must congratulate the staff, some which I know by name like Ange, Jeff, Binta, Halima, Erika, Jay and all the others that work extremely extremely hard to help maintain this restaurant in pristine condition always!!! I see them work so hard and it warms my heart! Especially, on the 2nd floor between the hours of about 11:30am to 6pm. It’s extremely busy! I truly wish management would have two employees cleaning & maintaining the upper level! It’s a lot of work for just one person! However, the one employee manages to greet everyone, offer their services, should we need anything, and keeps everything clean!!! And also brings customers their orders!
To Binta, Ange, Jeff, Erika, Jay, Halima, Gabriel, Sam, Roosevelt, Ben and all the others. I want to say THANK YOU KINDLY for all you do everyday! This store is extremely fortunate to have you all working here! This is definitely the #1 Chick Fil-A store in Manhattan!!!

“I came here during rush hour (lunch) and at first I thought, man, that line looks long but after going in it turned out to be a seamless experience. I ordered immediately and got my food as soon as I was done ordering. Just a testament to how well this team does and all with a smile on their face. It really made my day! “This is specific to the 79th and 2nd Ave location. The manager there is very attentive. He (not sure if there is more than one) was hands-on and even offered samples of their new drinks while we waited. Staff is extremely friendly. Maybe its because they are pretty new and not crowded yet. Let's see what happens after a few more months. It indicates mobile pick up, but you can do walk-ins. My pre-teen and I love this location!“

“This Chick-fil-A has definitely improved its service! I had previously complained to them (privately, through their customer surveys) that this branch didn't feel like a Chick-fil-A as we all know and love. Whatever they did, it worked. The service was a million times friendlier and courteous. The dispatch was quick. Importantly, it wasn't so overcrowded with customers or delivery people to the point of annoyance. So, kudos to this branch for doing the right thing and trying hard. That's all we can ask for...

“Most Chick-fil-A’s provide great food and service including this location. The pickup was pretty fast, and the food was good. However, when comparing this Chick-fil-A with other locations, it lacks just a bit. The pickup went by slower, despite having less people. The location has amazing seating and is spacious with many tables and chairs. The walls are decorative and add to the aesthetic. It was not too busy at around 4pm.The location is near Herald Square and K-Town making it very appealing. It is located near the 1/2/3/A/B/C/E/D/F/N/R/Q trains, m34 bus, LIRR, and PATH trains.“
