About Da Capo

Da Capo is a cozy and comfortable restaurant in NYC, offering a relaxing dining experience. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal spot to escape the rain. The menu features options like arugula salad and a delicious salmon burger with fries. The Mezcal-based "Yellow Jacket" cocktail is a standout, and the service is commendable, with attentive bartenders and the convenience of an iPad for payments. Customers praise the delicious food, impeccable service, and perfect ambiance, describing it as a hidden gem on the Upper West Side. The restaurant also accommodates special dietary needs, such as gluten-free options, and can host events like engagement parties in their versatile spaces. Visitors often recommend trying the tortellini, which is highly praised, and enjoy the signature cocktails, especially the smoked maple old fashioned served under a glass cloche, which adds a theatrical touch. The bartenders, including Vlad, are known for their friendly service and skill, making the overall experience both classy and lively. With its inviting vibe and top-notch staff like Tay, Jahmi, Rachel, and Jay, Da Capo remains a favorite destination for locals and tourists alike.

The Paninis here are out of this world. I also enjoy the Italian cookies as doing my children. I have been coming to the east side for many years as it’s near the hospital for appointments. They also make the best cappuccino in the city. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I could not say more good things about this place!❤️
This is deff my new fav spot on the upper west side. The tuna was amazing and the chicken parm was the best I’ve have in a very long time in New York City. The cutlet was pan fried thin and crispy. 10 out of 10.
Came here during happy hour on Friday and got a great table by the window. We had a few appetizers some wine and cocktails - everything was delicious! Especially recommend the burrata
