The people are the best! We have been coming here for years and enjoy the food and amazing service.
my daughter and I visited last night she craved sushi. im not a sushi guy at all. she said her sushi was some of the best shes had. I got the teriyaki chicken with rice and salad. chicken was very good. flavor juicy. also service is very good outstanding. Great prices. im guessing a local's spot? hidden gem.
We stopped at Roku's Japanese after visiting the American Museum of Natural History and ended up having such a lovely dinner. It was a relaxed and warm little restaurant that was a good place to unwind after a busy day.
We tried a few different dishes, including gyoza, yellowtail sushi and salmon handroll, a katsu plate, and their spicy tuna poppers, which were such a fun and unique dish. I didn't get photos because I just started devouring all the food 🤣
