DD Soup Dumpling offers delicious, fresh dumplings like crab/pork soup dumplings and veg dumplings. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are fair. This dual dumpling and hibachi chain has a great natural light ambiance. Customers can order by tablet and enjoy prompt service. Although there are some additional charges like a 3 percent credit card fee and mandatory tips, the food quality and overall experience make it worth a visit for those craving Chinese, Asian, and fusion cuisine.
The soup dumplings in Times Square are great, with customers pleasantly surprised by how good they are. The Chinese food and other dumplings are also good, but the Pork Soup Dumplings are the highlight. The staff is friendly, and the hibachi chicken, while a bit dry, is complemented by the tasty vegetables. There is a complimentary salad, and customers can choose to watch the chef cook the hibachi at the table or not. The place is often packed, and the check includes the tip. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance are rated highly by customers.
