Dulcería is Chilean food at its finest. They prepare delicious food you will not find anywhere else in New York City. I have eaten Dulceria many times. Ordered the best chocolate birthday cake here with orange and dulce de leche fillings and ganache frosting. It was easy to order, ready on time, and we got soooo many compliments. Trust them for your party.
