Dumpling Man is a family favorite dumpling spot in the city. It offers amazing place and awesome customer service, with a great price. Customers can see them make the dumplings by hand while they eat. The small rest room is clean for NYC standards. The veggies surprise are a favorite, with super thin dumpling envelope and tasty fillings. The seared pork dumplings or shrimp are solid and yummy, a fast cheap option. The veggie dumplings slap hard, with mushrooms and tofu that fill you up and are vegan. However, some found the dumplings mid at best, with flavor meh and falling apart. The front cashier could be friendlier; one customer waited 30 minutes for chicken dumplings instead of veggies and the attitude made them less excited to return.
