I had an appointment near Grand Central this morning and stopped here for my daily breakfast order. I was extremely impressed with the operations here. Given the location, I imagine it’s a pretty high volume location. I counted 9 team members working. They were very efficiently preparing both food and drinks. It looked like one of the best run Dunkin locations I’ve seen in NYC. Great work!
No issues here. Got two sandwiches and a latte made quickly without any hassle.
For an hour and such a high movement of people, they only have one person to attend to.
