However, quality and consistency have declined recently. The ham and cheese sesame sandwich has been cost optimized to have only cheese—half a slice—with no ham, which is disappointing for a $9 sandwich. The walnut bun was pretty dry. The speed of service is not the best; with only one barista during prime hours, the line causes customers to walk out. Despite this, the team is great and helpful.
