genuinely one of my favorite business in the city, so friendly and the drinks are very thoughtfully conceived/never too sweet
This is a really beautifully crafted space, with very thoughtful drink recipes! I love the entire thing. I got the red bean latte with cream top, half sweet, and it was perfect. This drink was $10 (including the add-on), but I think it’s completely in a realm of its own. And really, only $2 more than you would get at plenty of other local places. If you want great classic coffee drinks, this is it. If you want unique drinks (e.g. Guava Slush Americano), this is it. Fasan is not pretentious, has a nice staff and delicious, thoughtful drinks. I was happy to get Fasan coffee a couple of days in a row while on vacation.
