I just finished dinner at Gilligan’s at Soho Grand. Honestly, the atmosphere here is perfect for summer. The entire open-air area is surrounded by lush greenery, reminiscent of a small tropical garden hidden in Soho. The moment you walk in, you're transported to a vacation.

This place is truly an oasis—a beautiful green space in the middle of Manhattan where you can completely forget about the craziness of the city. The food was fantastic! The fish tacos were absolutely delicious, with an amazing dressing and so much flavor. The atmosphere is perfect for spending a summer night out with friends. Highly recommend this place!
What a fabolous space!!! Kinda felt like we were on a tropical island right inside of NYC and we loved the atmosphere and the vibe!!!

Gilligan's is a favorite spot with lush greenery, giving a tropical vibe that makes visitors feel like they are in a tropical oasis, even in the middle of NYC. The lobster cobb and spicy skipper are must-haves, and the lobster roll is buttery and packed with meat. The ambiance is nice, perfect for a date, a dinner with family and friends, or a girls night. The Frozen Watermelon margarita is a must, especially on a warm day, and if you like spicy margaritas, the Pineapple one is amazing. The place feels tucked away and super cute, with attentive staff and a chill vibe. The artichoke crab dip is a tasty choice that hits the spot, and the oysters during happy hour are only 2 dollars each, served with mini Tabasco bottles that are so cute. The service is fast and helpful, making the experience even better. Although service can be a bit slow at times and there have been mixed reviews about some food portions, Gilligan's remains an excellent spot. It is open all summer, making it a great place to revisit for more menu options, especially since the menu offers delicious items like the Margherita pizza with gooey mozzarella, sweet tomatoes, and plenty of basil. The restaurant's lush greenery, tropical vibe, and friendly staff create a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy good food and good vibes.
